What did he do hurt someone’s feelings on line ? 20 people trudging around in a crime scene lol There must be a McDonald’s nearby for 15 police to turn up .
5:06 He’s a typical copper, bullied at school, goes into a job that he can get his revenge, hence taking the opportunity to push people around with his “authority”. His “duty of care” does not mean he can force someone off the road, especially, as you correctly pointed out, you were in a perfectly safe place. A typical tyrant. Probably beats his wife, screws his dog and fiddles……….😱😬🤔☹️
That’s assault. Remember they don’t even have to touch you for it to be assault. Just walking towards you while you walk backwards and continually closing the distance is classed as assault.
The fact that they lie just to get their way and they go to court swear an oath and we all have to trust them. but they swore an oath when they took the job .but they don't care about that
I just learned about the small town in wales of 300 people having 400 male migrants moved in The police were discusting. It’s on the end of the recent lawfare documentary
@@StevenSmith-wl6wk I know all the charges against the locals were dropped in court / Nothing about the police disguised behaviour . But am sure the locals will keep pushing it 👍🏻. It’s back as a hotel now 🥳👍🏻🙏🏻
LEGALS "This is a crime scene and you're obstructing". 1) There's no "Blue plod tape Act", no legislation about protecting a crime scene - other than common law,for CSI & safety. Here my golden question is highly effective ... "which section of which Act is that"? The silence would be deafening. You must move if you are not allowing a constable to move around within a crime scene, but it must be a "crime scene" ie. a criminal offence must be taking place or have taken place. Shouts of "it's a crime scene you must leave simply because your filming nearby isn't supported by any Law whatsoever. 2) "Obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty" requires a positive act by you, always involving physical involvement by you. Filming isn't interference... otherwise even dash cam in the road and every shop cctv would be "obstructing".
I am not commenting on the lawful arrest, and I believe that for the most part the police service does a good job. However, why let yourself down in a simple public interaction. Why are the little insecure ones always wanting to throw their weight around? - I will push you around, and give unlawful instructions,. To make it OK after I have abused my position I will say "That is all I asked you to do" "I am being polite with you" You weren't when you were pushing me around ! - Is it any wonder, that the public is starting to film and question the police service? The police service has only themselves to blame.
Their not even doing anything just standing watching their colleagues but will push others away, then put up tape like children when they don't get their own way.
Whatever story the other party made against the two arrested, it must have been a good one to see so many police . Or was it just a slow day in Abertawe 🤭😂.
One of my mates, had the whole of south wales police force in his pocket for 10yrs, I’ve even sat in his house when police in uniform turned up on Shift to by coke, everyone in his pocket selling 85% of all the coke in southwales , until Soca got him… I never understood if Soca had to be called in, why didn’t Soca investigate south wales police..?
To be fair, it's the first time I seen you lost for words when he pushed you away. I wonder what would happen if you fell backwards. Presumably they would have to satisfy the use of force, and in doing so provide evidence of their wrongdoing? Anyway, great job in Wales. Whereabouts?
