Dont come to California. Crime is completely out of control. Theft of anything worth under $950 is not prosecuted. Loitering, public urination and defecation have all be legalized, car break in a graffiti are not prosecuted. They steal the rims and tires off your car and the cops won't even come out because they won't prosecute. It is all because it is now racist to enforce the laws. You can go to the beaches because the parking lots are full of vans, cars, and buses full of homeless people and they only need to leave for 2 hours and they can return.
