You really got a knack for making the anime scene out of this. Hopefully your Projectsix development went smoothly. I'm really waiting for that game to enter steam.
And another thing- it would be nice to see some human faces in the AC franchise- another reason to make a series. Also, speaking of the 90s, the more I think about it, it would be cool to see them really give this series a 90s inspired aesthetic. Like how in Big O, there's a 1940s feel and in Eureka Seven, theres a vaguely 70s thing going on. AC could have a grungy 90s cyberpunk feel. I mean, the first game definitely had it anyways so it fits, and 90s nostalgia has been peaking lately.
I would so love an anime of this. I agree with the comments down below. However, considering the way ACV went, I don't see it coming anytime soon. Still would be awesome though...

I really wish they made an Anime for FA, and kept expanding on it. AC5 and it's expansion were a joke compared to FA. Finally gave us a fast-paced, free flying mech game where you actually feel like an anime type mech... and then they took it away.
Armored core has terrible luck with things like that. The last time they tried to make an anime in 2006, the producer was shut down. Look up Armored Core: Fort Tower Song
Personally, I prefer Armored Core Verdict Day over Armored Core fA. Not saying fA is not good or anything, but I just kinda get bored from the fast-paced combat, which gets a bit too easy once you get used to it.
It didnt really malfunction, otsdarva did it to escape the battlefield while underwater secretly to go back to ORCA as their leader, Maximillian Thermidor. Look at the equipments of Unsung and his Lahire, similar back weapon and rifle.
This is very good! Not the most fluid animation out there but still awesome! Otdstarva's malfunction is only the beginning for us however... White Glint is now coming after the player... And good part with the Assault Armor, White Glint loves to do that.
I would love to see an anime of this, I'm thinking sort of like Eureka Seven or Code Geas but a lot grittier and grungier (this series originates in the 90s after all). I mention Eureka Seven because I love the idea of a ragtag group of pseudo-celebrity, anti-government militants. There *seems* to be a certain level of depth and lore to the AC universe that is only touched on in the games (I've only played the first few games). An anime series or even a film would be a great way to explore it.
I think there was an attempt to make an anime based off Armored Core but it got cancelled. Would be nice to see an anime of it, especially if they put 9-Ball in it as a main villain or something.
Epic ! You just need to add the NEXT of the player that's does the mission for the first and is panicking now that Otsdarva it "dead" and hear that he has to take White Glint down !
@KewneRain I understand that. Nowadays I can smash White Glint into the ground with no trouble at all but when I first faced him I lost a good many times because my AC didn't have good enough parts. It was a rayleonard frame as I started out with it and its design ate energy like crazy and I couldn't afford to change the design. I was stuck basically and had to beat him using an inferior mech. Now my new Lahire frame can do him in quickly. And is fun to pilot! =)
(As a fair note, I've only been able to pull that off on 1.15 using a full Lahire frame, Kiku weaps, ACB, and a set of Rayleonard Boosters (Virtue, etc.) and it was tuned for full boost/quick boost)
DUDE!!!!! WE NEED SOMEBODY TO MAKE AN AC MANGA AND I CAN MAKE A MOVIE BASED ON IT!!!! Seriously, I need someone to do a manga of it ASAP upon seeing this and PM me immediately. I finaly have the skill and software to make an anime movie of AC possible.
Fun stuff: Peg Fragile with a Physical Blade before Otsdarva gets any hits on Glint. Stasis dies instantly, Glint doesn't and you get a mission complete. (Doesn't change the story though).
Its a possiblity considering its never said what happens to Aabye´s mech, memento mori,that looks a lot like Unsung, or atleast i've never heard what happen to him but i think regardless of the story line Otsdarva and Maximillion Thermidor are still one in the same, because in hard morde Arteria Cranium, Otsdarva becomes one of the opposing NEXTs, and also reveals that he was indeed Maximillian Thermidor and had faked his death...but well we may never know :)
Maybe the anime creator can think of the forth ending that's good for humankind. The ending that cannot be in the game since it's too good, but fit for anime.
@UnderscoreFlash yeah i would agree that mech sim games is a dying breed, but atleast MechWarrior 5 and the AC5(which is rumored to be a reboot of the series) have been announced.
