The plaintiff is an Army veteran who suffers from PTSD and has spent time in rehab facilities. He dated the defendant, but she cheated on him when he was incarcerated. He claims the defendant maxed out his credit cards and stole his TV, so he’s suing. The defendant admits she cheated on him, but she only did it because the plaintiff cheated on her. She claims the plaintiff abused and manipulated her. She’s countersuing for property and emotional distress.

I know veterans and they had an alcohol problem before their service and now draw a check from the tax payers after their service claiming PTS one of them never saw action but jumped into a Fox hole during training and broke his ankle and claimed PTS and got it and free medical with a 4 thousand dollar check for the rest of his life and this started at age 22 now 34 and still an alcoholic and money to stay drunk.
