I feel like Arnold has made some dietary/exercise changes in recent years. He looked a lot more rugged and weathered a couple of years ago. Now, he looks really good and has a healthy glow to him. He also seems just as lucid as he always has, which is always nice to see when they're getting up there in age. As for Rob, I'm pretty sure he's just a vampire at this point, just like Jared Leto and Paul Rudd. I'd wager their father is William Shatner.

The nature of the diseases of ageing, affect different people at different ages. My mother even at 70 years old looked nearly 50, but at 80 it all goes straight down. I paused it but you make me want to continue the video since it’s so rare that an interviewer isn’t so starved for attention, truly uninterested in the guest, or short on time that they allow the conversation to truly breathe. I hate interruptions but a close, close second is when the guest says something profound and of-depth…and the interviewer simply moves on to the best question on his/her list. This may not be 100% fair due to editing but the outcome is what it is - and sometimes, it’s gd cringeworthy.

Nice that Arnold mentioned the prior Hercules & muscle movies, mostly likely he was alluding to the ones from the 1950's-60's, which meant that Arnold was indeed aware of body building stars decades before him, like Steve Reeves & even Jack LaLanne.

Of course he was, everybody knew who Steve Reeves was, he was a movie hearthrobe and in all muscle mags. Arnold said he prefered Reg Park tho, since he had a physique more similar to Park's than of Reeves'.

You're right! Robert Downey Jr. is MASSIVELY ripped! So are Paul Rudd, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, AND Mark Ruffalo! I mean, these dudes are probably all in great shape, though.

1. OMG Rob Lowe 😍 2. How things have changed. Swole guys are all over Hollywood. Some of these guys' biceps are bigger than my head and their pecs could fill my bra.

He was certainly never a good actor. This era is gone with CGI and body suits.

The return of muscles was the return to ancient Greek heroic ideals and a good thing, the trouble is steroid use. Steve Reeves was the GOAT though.
