This is a short demo video showing some operational tips and nominal volume levels on the ARP 2600. The unit shown is one of the very first 2600s ever made. We recently repaired and restored this beauty to full functionality for a customer. The sound is coming from the 2600 speakers and being recorded by the phone mic. This unit had a partial APU installed since it already had great sounding chips.

It’s not very often I see an synth demonstration that knocks my socks off. After seeing this, my toes are freezing! Great job. Amazing and wonderful sounds and superb use of musical expression to demonstrate those sounds.

I just learned about the blue marvins tonight. They have the most crisp synth sound ever. Amazing instruments.

Wow! I'd really love to see a demo by you comparing the Korg and Behringer Blue Marvin 2600's with this Blue Marvin 2600! This sounds amazing! WOW! What is the added switch on OSC 2?

Hey! Great video! Is there a way you can tell us about the sound you reach at the very end of the video? Would you be so kind to send us a patch diagram? Thank you in advance!
