Almost all of their fans came on the pitch and i can't blame them they've won their 3rd trophy in their 120 year history and Xabi Alonso deserves a statue outside Leverkusen's stadium
Yep...wed be 4 points ahead of city if we'd beaten emery twice...really is annoying that even after firing him as our manager, he's still sabotaging our title chances. Emi Martinez must be chuffed
Money or not, Pep is the main reason for Man City's Epl success, all other City Manager before, only won , 2 leaugue titles, Pep is about to win 6 in 8 seasons with Man City, thats legendary.
Because City have the world's greatest scouts, medics, coaches and facilities.... People don't understand that transfer fees aren't the only expense 😂@@robertmclellan3658
Not so much nightmares, as having to listen to idiotic City fans thinking their team is the best ever whilst also pretending that their club hasn’t cheated over and over again. Also City fans not acknowledging down right moronic refereeing decisions in their favor…Doku drop kick to McAllisters chest being the most obvious one. Plastic FC will always have an * next whatever they’ve won…that’s a fact. That’s the reason why nobody respects them.
I'm a Liverpool fan who was at Anfield for that Palace game and all I can say is that I'm slightly relieved that we aren't the fanbase who is going to get the worst amount of banter today
@@kamixxbleach At least Diaz contributes to bringing the ball forward and taking people on. The only thing Gakpo & Nunez contribute to is the shot count!
I've never understood the argument Mark tries to make regarding City's spending. City has spent less money pretty much every single year than United, they've just spent it more wisely. One team used their funds to buy Haaland, Rodri and De Bruyne, the other team has spent the same amount of money on Martial, Antony and Maguire. City isn't dominating because of funds, they are working with the same capital as United, City are winning because of their mentality, management and discipline. United being poorly managed and Arsenal&Liverpool bottling their lead isn't City's fault.
@@michaelsheppard5383 It was in your hands and you were in the best form out of the three, especially defensively. That was your chance, maybe you should have gone at City and try to beat them at the Etihad rather than play for the draw.
@michaelsheppard5383 I wouldnt conaider them as 3rd favourites, And also, they were in magnificent form, top of the league just before this matchday, and then you just lose 0-2 to aston villa? Sure aston villa are great this year but not a match for arsenal
City have won 1 title on goal difference, 3 titles by 1 point, and one title by 2 point (2 years ago) and last year by 5, but clawed it back after trailing all season. You're crazy if you think that's not a competitive and exciting league. Man City are 2-6-1 against the "big 6" this season. There's 3 teams within 2 points of each other at the top what more do you want?
@@zorkoro Not gonna happen with the fourth title chance, but you guys dominated us defensive and attacking perspective. We were lucky not to concede more if Watkins converted first half and Tielemans second 😂😂 Safe to say you guys have a hell a lot of potential in the UCL next season.
@@zorkoro i think it was a great game the 1st half, the 2nd half it wasnt even a great game cuz u guys were just much better plain and simple. i do hope you keep spurs away from european competitions, but i just wished it wasnt by getting 6 points off us
10+ years ago, you could say United was doing the same thing. Winning consecutive leagues, unlimited money and best players. But its boring when your rivals do it. Hypocrite.
Gold bridges always been a hypocrite. Man United was financial doping for a decade. Now the Premier league is more level in spending. You can see how bad management actually is. Just can’t bring himself to admit it.
Literally as a kid this is exactly how the league was only it was United doing it. Now that the rabbit has the gun the “league is boring” such a hypocrite these lot are.
Mark, it wasn’t about mentality in the second half for Arsenal. It was about the tactics of Aston Villa and attacking Zinny. He has continued to be a problem throughout the entire season for us, and Villa figured it out and took advantage of it. Notice how we lose after we don’t play Kiwior at LB, that isn’t a coincidence.
Why blame him always? Gabriel failed to clear the ball in the first goal. 2nd goal, arsenal went very highline to score but got caught at the break. If anyone can be blamed, uts gabriel, he was involved in 2 goals u conveded. Blaming zinchenko is so easy nowadays.
@@wahidj4773blaming Zinny nowadays. He cost us last season too. He takes the balance off of our team defensively and thus the CBs have to deal with all his antics
@@wahidj4773mate are you serious? Anyone who watched the game saw Zinny acting like a City double agent. Right before the first goal zinchenko had a chance to clear a corner, instead he walks it out the pen area and gives it right to a Villa player and they almost score. And just a minute or so adter he got ABSOLUTELY RINSED by Bailey on the left around the 80th. Nit a coincidence that we manage to hold on against City and Bayern, but as soon as Zinny comes back in we bottle to Villa at home
He wasn't yapping back in the 90s when his team was the one dominating, all of a sudden his team has fell off so he needs to bring others down with him
He’s not. He’s making a statement about how you have clubs like arsenal and Liverpool being forced to have near flawless seasons to compete with city, who by the way have 115 FFP charges.
@@CullanWiltshire city havnt beaten any of the top 5 this season ,except a weakend Villa .Smell the coffee ,you are just jealous of Citys spending power .
Cause Utd dont play proper football, they are an anomaly. They have no style so there is no tactical battle to fight. ETH just puts players out there and hopes they pull out a few moments of magic to win them a game, its just lucky wins for them and unsustainable.
City winning every season isn't boring, because for the majority of the season everyone doubts them.. then at the end they all switch up and say 'we all knew City would win it'
@@space1734 If you win you should have some shame and give the refs the trophy instead because of them you won the league. You didn't deserve it at all
@@Diogo85We actually haven’t been that good this season. Haaland not on top form, KDB out for big stretches, not clinical in front of goal. Next year could be Pep’s last and we will be insane. Out transfers to replace Walker and KDB are going to be 😳🤯
Emery changed things up a bit tactically in the second half, in midfield and he obviously lit a fire 🔥 with whatever speech Emery gave as the players came out with renewed focus and energy. Love the guy and this group of players...
funny thing is, mark thinks that man city winning the league while in fact arsenal gave them the chance to win.. all they had to do is win all their games (no matter liverpool, arsenal or man city).. if they win all their games, arsenal will win.. that is for me, competitive.. where theres literally ZERO room for mistakes.. all we know is man city can still lose points and arsenal/liverpool be on top again. what man city done to the league is bringing the level to a whole new level..
Everyone celebrating arsenal losing, just for city to win yet another title. This is the farmers league everyone complains about other leagues being. 7/8 titles won in 8 years
No one has dominated the premier league the way city has. They’re going to win 4 in a row and pep doesn’t look like he’s leaving anytime soon. So yeah,
If you go back to 1992-2008, you will notice that Manchester United has done is pretty much the same (infact a little better) as what City has done from 2018 up to now. How is that not dominating? Is the hate only because of the Oil Money and the 115?
When city dropped points against Chelsea, did they "bottle it"? Dropping points does not equal bottling it. It's just sensationalism. The margin between success and failure is so fine.
The big difference is: a) City did not lose to Chelsea they still got a point b) it was only half way through the season with significantly less pressure Bottling means screwing it up at the end
@@KHOSA_E It is not bottled, and this was never what the term means. United losing the league in 2012 with few games to despite 5 points clear. Arsenal last season being 5 points clear and bottling it (8 points but City had a game in hand). Thats bottling. Losing one game in 2024 with 6 games to go when you are on top only via goal difference, is not bottling. Its quite simple, City are just that good.
At least they didn't have infinite money and 115 charges against them. I'm saying this not just as a Liverpool fan but as a football fan first and foremost
@@osiand9328compared to other clubs utd did have infinite money to spend, their continually breaking the transfer record proved that... The difference between Old utd and new City?... Fair play didn't exist when utd dominated!
Man City being dominant is not making the league worse. Give Pep his flowers. His teams know who they are and the mentality is what we all want our teams to have
you're dead right pal......and not one of these red rags has the bottle to admit they don't like being in the shadows, like city were for decades.......
Why hate City? Dont blame City or Pep (regardless the 115 charges). All the three teams have been given their chances. Its just City taking their chances and others don’t.
I love seeing Mark bitter and jealous, love it!!! Seeing people with these pathetic opinions and scapegoats just gives the champions more and more strength 💪
It isn’t a one team league at all, 2 teams spend even more than city, United and Chelsea. Where are they? The title race isn’t over, it’s just people being narrow minded and wanting to put all of the pressure on city. Because their the villain. This season has been entertaining.
Hi, Mark! Liverpool fan speaking. You were spot on in what you said. Both Liverpool and Arsenal have only themselves to blame. And, as much as I’d hate to say it, Klopp’s team selection lately just hasn’t been the best. It’s been quite troubling for Liverpool for a while now, and now it’s 3 games without a win. I just hope that this title race isn’t over, even though it probably may very well be.
Don't blame City when Arsenal and Liverpool had the opportunity to go first place today. City were initially third. At the end of the day , this isn't just money that separates the teams because everyone has their chances.
The narrative can’t be “We can’t compete with City” considering we were 3rd and end of 2023 we were in relegation form. It’s not just a City success, it’s a Liverpool and Arsenal failure.
"It's not just a City success, it's a Liverpool and Arsenal failure" 😂 Good speech, very selfless and motivating 😂😂😂😂 I expected somehing along the lines: "It"s not just City's success, is the management, the fans, the team, the lalalah, etc." But I wasn't ready for this 😂
My man literally said Man City winning 4 in a row is not good for the league This is us , we have became so dominant that rivals are blaming luck and our goods. 😂
Emery is an incredible manager and he's proved it again. Failed at PSG and Arsenal because he didn't get the players he wanted. He's succeeded everywhere else.
It's the same thing every year for the past three years.... Three years ago we blew our Top 4 chances, last year we self destructed to lose the title and now the same damn thing. There's still the Champions League but games like this make me doubt if we can beat Bayern at the Allianz. It's just exhausting.
We (Liverpool) looked to have run out of steam a bit. Absolutely terrible up front recently, but the energy levels of many of the players seemed to have dropped, notably salah and endo. Congrats city on another title.
greed is what it is. when you know you are on top of the league by december. drop the europeans games, cups etc. you wanna win everything and you dont really have the squad. looks like every somewhat confident team wants to do the treble or (caugh caugh) quadruple.
"call us both bottle jobs" He literally did less than 2 minutes into the video. Stop reading a video title and shitting your pants, watch/listen to the content or carry on shitting like a baby.
Because Arsenal were top of the league before this match week and couldve returned to the top after liverpool lost, hence bottling the league as everybody would be chasing them
As a new viewer to your channel you seem really into what your doing with unbiased opinion. Listening to your comments regarding Liverpool and Arsenal dropping points today(15th April 2024) do you think if Aston Villa continue their run they could seek past into 2nd or 3rd spot if the aforementioned continue playing inthe manner in which they are.Thoughtsonthis one. Many thanks .David in Edinburgh.
Although Premier League matches are far from boring, the league's title race tends to lack competitiveness, with one team frequently winning the majority of titles, leading some to compare it to a 'farmers league'. Man City won 6 out of 7 tittles in the last 7 years is crazy.
So when city win it again, we don't want to hear 115 charges. Liverpool and Arsenal were leading the table at some point and they bottled it. It has nothing to do with City.
All comes from the managers two happy to be in a race and one which wants to win at all cost. Back to back trebles and a 4 peat best manager ever to grace our league and football.
