It also contains the results and aftermath as almost all of the perpetrators exposed have been removed and have has their organizational artwork images deleted.

There is a recent example of this type of cross being used. Look up: St. Charles Borromeo Warr Acres Cross scandal. This was in 2010, even ended up on national news. I was there, and the pastor insisted it wasn't a peni5 on the cross when I told him what I saw. This was in 2010, even ended up on national news.
