Great vid, appreciate it! I’m on the taller end ( 6”4 ) and my acceleration isn’t as quick as my shorter competitors but I manage to catch them with my stride. I run the 100m 200m 18yrs. Any tips?

As a tall person, you're not built for early acceleration like the shorter people are so that is natural. So my main tip is: Don't try to compete with them early or change anything to be 'quicker' out of the blocks. Be patient. Don't 'chase' speed, let it come to you. Once you're up tall and at top speed you can use you longer limbs to your advantage and run them down. -LT
