Tight. Haven't done this since the early 90's. We used to use ball point pen inks. We would use primarily black and blue inks drizzled in a empty streak casing and the reload them with any color streak. It would result in a cool marbled effect. Of course, like almost all inks we tagged in spots that avoided direct sunlight so they could retain their colors.
We used to use Bic pens and blow the ink out of the tube onto paper and take the Streaker out of the holder and roll it in the ink then put it back in the holder. We only would do it with the white Streakers and we used Red or Blue pens. And you’re right… it had a marble effect… perfect description! We never thought of soaking it for days in a bag of ink then again… we never had that much ink on hand back then. I like the way GR’s Streaker came out… wish I would of done it like that back in the day. 😂
@@treykearns4867 white AP drip mop, black molotow 15mm shorty, yellow AP streaker, silver Uni and a correction pen are all always in my backpack. I like options lol.
Shouts out to you GR because of you im now going to start my own graffiti company, hopefully one day ill be as big as art primo but thank you GR thank you
Not only do I enjoy your videos. I take what I learn from them and apply in my art class. Teaching the babies to make their world beautiful. I use the tag UncleGravy.
I uploaded a video about this 5 years ago. I forgot who I got the idea from 😂. I dint think you need to leave them in a bag full of ink. I only dab ink all over the meanstreak, put it back in (what she said) and let it sit for a while and it'll sink into the meanstreak
Listen I’ve had a problem with a streaker and need help. It’s all my fault and the other one I have worked fine but when I was twisting it out it snapped so I can’t twist it out. Is there a way to fix this or am I fucked?
It looks sick how the color fades & darkens as you write. Just noticed the art primo has a 206 number, is there a physical store in the Seattle area? I'd come in for sure!
Soooo I tried this on an Edding 950 Solid Streaker and maybe my mistake was to use some homemade formula ink that I bought from a guy off of Instagram but my solid stick got disolved... So just a heads up guys, use commercial ink because some homemade stuff has solvents in them that will just destroy your marker. I´ll be sure to try again with another ink!
