Levan at His age was weak. He was getting trashed by a lot of unkown Guys, and yet Look at him now… Imagine How Artyom will be in 10 years if he is healthy
Its not a fair comparision. Levan at his age was competing in Waf. Morozov at 24 is already a Professional armwrestler. I hope he grow up but in terms of pure strenght he might be already at his peak
Not sure what Levan weighed at that age but it certainly was a fraction of what he weighs now. Artyom at 130-140 kg may actually be bigger than that Levan.

Great match Engin, both athletes are monsters that deserve to be invited again. Revaz needs a bit more time to get on his top shape, and Morozov, man, that dude is built out of steel.
If anyone is gonna beat Levan in his career or at least take a round off him Morozov has to be the most likely person to do so, 24 years old and almost the complete package (size, strength, versatility, speed, endurance) just hope he stays injury free
On the one hand, I am impressed about Revaz inside power. I didn't think he would give Morozov such a good battle inside. On the other hand, I am disappointed at him that, despite how big he became and the weight that he is lifting he lost his hand to Morozov. I thought that, after losing the "hand" battle with MMT he would have recognized it as a weakness and work to improve his pronator (I know Morozov cupping strength is no joke, but if he is aiming at Levan he need a way stronger pronator). He also lost his riser and wrist in the toproll battle. Congratulations to Morozov! The only "sad" news that we got from EvW5 is that Morozov is taking a break (however I'd rather have him take a break than see him get injured).
Revaz is 35, so likely has been training close to 20y, it is impossible to make any significant improvements after all those years in matter of months (diminishing returns) regardless of focus. Also maybe there is an old injury (like Genadi) preventing improvements .
@@bobibufi1389 What you mention is theoretically posible. I would argue he has no injury, both because in none of the footage coming from the people who were there mentioned any injury as a cause and because he came from a long time break so many existing injuries and inflamation would have gone. Also, I agree that advanced atheletes don't make big strength progress once they become elite, but since he is coming from that break. regaining the strength level he already had, wouldn't be as difficult as achieving new level of strength.
A 25 year old doing this in this era of arm wrestling is insane . Yes John Brzenk dominated at a much younger age but I don’t think there were guys this strong and technical 40 years ago .
@@pihermoso11 I would say Dadikyan was stronger, Artyom just had better stamina and Dadikyan got injured. Also, KOTT having more rounds favoured Morozov. Still, Morozov is improving so fast, so who knows how it will go next time they face.
If morozov cant stop smoking, he should atleast replace it with vaping... Smoking will eat through his endurance like vampire. Been there, done that regretted it bigtime!
I didn't understand why were armwrestlers and people picking Revaz as the favorite? Revaz didn't look convincing in defeating Michael Todd. He beat him, yes. But he had to work for it. And Morozon has been running through giants like crazy. I was rooting for Morozov from the beginning. Dude is such a beast. I don't think think anyone besides Levan or Ermis can stand toe to toe with him. If Prudnyk fights him again, he'll get smashed.

Да, травма зарешала, Ларату слил потому, что тот пользуется своими более длинными руками очень умело, Прудник говорил что Девон до старта обхватывал его руку полностью при этом не давая взяться Прудника, плюс на трансляции хорошо показан цирк этого поединка: жена Девона стоя на коленях рядом со столом, постоянно во всё горло орёт что-то несуразное, судьи суетятся, Ларат наезжает на них, как самый авторитетный человек данного ивента, и в итоге есть что имеем🤔

My top favorite 3 that I cant pick one over the other have been John Brzenk, Devon Larratt, and Alexey Vovoeda. After watching a few or Morozov’s matches, I now have 4 favorite armwrestlers that I cant decide between. This guy is super fun to watch, on and off the table. Other than Devon and Morozov, everyone is boring away from the table
