Most impressive is round 5th where Dave can make a surprise by out roll Devon press from near pin position and put Devon in near pin position, but Devon could manage to comeback from that just by strenth, no kingmove, is something crazy as well, he stayed straight high during that hold, way too strong indeed.
Neil Pickup is way better than u, he can talk better with the athletes, u have a lot of emotions, a lot nervous on the moment when u put questions. I'm waiting for Neil Pickup as a host at the next KOTT. It is my opinion and u like it or not I don't care, but for me, you shouldn't have that job, is not for u.
This Dave is embarassing. A normal Dave can't lose in this way vs Devon Larrat. I don't want to say that Devon is not a great armwrestler, but he is not a great superheavyweight foto sure...
Yeah, that was a bit of a let down. I was hoping for a closer match. Poor simple Dave got bullied by Devon. Live and recorded, for the world to see. That was sad to watch tbh
Whatever you think of Devon’s pre match antics you’ve gotta respect how Devon acts once a match finishes whether he wins or loses always full of respect for his opponent
@Alejandro Gjezi No. It's not easy at all to "play it cool" before or during the match cuz that would mean abandoning the advantage Devon gains with this antics..call it "mind games" or whatever..that's a real cost in terms of lowering the odds of a win..and Devon doesn't want to incur that cost..he'll behave however he wants just to eke out the tiniest bit of advantage..you are really tested when staying true to your nature costs you ..what exactly does it cost Devon to say nice things after the match ? Not a damn thing..the real prize is already in the bag
@@karunak5983 lmao no playing it cool reduces the chance of you being absolutely fuckin flamed by the community being 0. If Dave trash talked the same amount Devon did, and lost like this, oh boy would he have taken a huge pile of shit from aw fans.
@@johnmiddleton9901 aún sin oxígeno le gana a todos son ningún problema. La única posibilidad que alguien pueda tan solo aguantarle unos minutos es que el mismo Levan se ahogue por sus problemas respiratorios sin eso cero posibilidades
@@ezequielgory382 The amount of love and respect between such two monsters for eachother brought me to tears.. and gave me hope for humanity.. that we can still turn back to God 😭
I hope Dave can get close to top form again. I don't think it would've changed the outcome of this match much, but I do miss seeing him be elite. He's such a likeable guy.
@@gigachad-rx3zv hes normal everyday weight is 260-270. 280 is only a big meal or two away. hes absolutely not on growth hormone otherwise he'd be 300+ lbs.
I love seeing Devon pull like this. It's very impressive and way more fun to watch. It is absolutely insane how easily it looks like he won against an opponent like Dave.
@@calvinjonesyoutube He said to Dave "yeah, big boy!" in their previous match because Dave was heavier and bigger, now that they are about the same weight, the line changed to that 🤣
@gemini6020 "cope" is so overused and cringe. Devon got stronger, everyone knows that. But after the Vitaly match we've seen a decline from Chaffee. Devon himself didn't expect Revaz to destroy Dave the way he did. Same with this match (Devon thought Dave would at least take a round). If someone says ANYTHING that is not praise for Devon, his fans react. No one is making excuses for Chaffee we really just want him back in action and in full form. He needs to heal.
What stands out most to us, everything else aside, Dave is smiling and laughing through this entire match. Heck, he starts chatting with Devon like they're bffs at a salon having their nails done.
Reminded me of the Michael Todd match. Dave admitted in a video he released that the seseme street intro music made him laugh and it threw him a bit. In Traditional Dave style he did give it his all every round but once he knew he didn't have it he conceded. He did admit he's been battling injuries but as strong as he looked from the 1st go I think he came in thinking he had enough.
@@chrisjones5668 Many are saying Dave saying the Sesame Street song threw him off was Dave trolling Devon post match. Seemed to us he really meant it, but it does seem hard to believe that's all it took to throw Dave. We're still going with he's injured and did the best he could with is neck and perhaps other injuries we don't know about.
@@thefuppits the guy under you said "Reminded me of the Michael Todd match. Dave admitted in a video he released that the seseme street intro music made him laugh and it threw him a bit."
This whole thing, not just the match but the build up prior, gave me so much respect for Dave. Even after all the trash talk and mind games look how fast he shakes Devon's hand after that first round. Just seems a good guy, hopefully he can get back to peak form and keep going.
@@CartachoYeah, cause bullies are the pillar of strength and virtue. Dave always showed confidence, even when he was losing, cause he knows his power and loves the sport. And these two always showed respect for each other. A high level of strength and discipline is needed to be able to control your emotions. I can assure, without even knowing you, that your life would be different if you understood that simple thing.
@@TahitiSkeezit’s an old Sesame Street song that was played on the cartoon pinball clip. No idea what it’s called but it’s lyrics are onetwothreeFOURfivesixseveneightnineteneleventweeeeeelve
Devon is a monster. Dave may not be what he used to be but still he must have some elite horsepower left but Devon just held him even in intial rounds. Super impressive. I hope Genadi has more than flop press this time against Devon, it's going to be tough.
Bro it was just dave who was way weaker, same as when he was against revaz even devon said he wasn t the same. Also you know right that when he faced genadi and then dave less than 2 months passed in between?
Genadi’s only lane vs Devon is always going to be the flop full shoulder commitment. He can’t hang outside vs outside. Just have to see if Devon has a better answer to his press next time
Man this is the same Devon who fought vs Genadi, the problem here is Dave. Vs Revaz and vs Larrat i saw a bad armwrestler. Devon is good but he is not a top superheavyweight
Seems like every time before the pin Dave has already given up as there was no resistance at all. I'm guessing he knows it's a lost round so he doesn't wanna waste his energy..
When I saw Devon stopping Dave in the center I knew it was over. But when he hooked him in round 1 I went crazy. Devon is in a different level than his years back at WAL I can't wait to see him fighting Dennis
@@OravuArm we could tell than devon wasn't serious coming up to this match. When he takes it as "well" as with Levan or Michael, Genadi has literally 0 chances
Devon vs Ermes must be next... If Devon can beat Ermes, and stop the hit from big Levan, he will beat him. The question is, can he do it? On this form, I think he can.
Además, chaffe está haciendo lo mismo que la vez pasada, que a Devon se le infle la cabeza para que después le toque alguien que lo fulmine. Lo que pasó con Levan.
People counted this man out because of his age and recent injuries but he's actually gotten way stronger. If you compare this performance vs Devon and Dave's previous match in WAL a couple years back, Devon is just blatantly dominant against a more improved Chaffee this time around.
@@tioswift3676eah ermes and artyom are gonna turn him into oxygenashvilli before that 😂. Especially artyom, since levan is scared of him and ducked him by injuring himself.
@@tioswift3676 Cope harder Devon is king. It takes a HGH monster cheater like levan to beat him. There's no one who is naturally big and strong that can beat Devon at the moment
One humble suggestion, try to release it a little earlier ( as early as possible ) Some people already posted the Full match in HD like a week ago & god knows how much views they have stole from u
its interesting I think we need to see some rematches ... so cool to see someone devons age leveling up and doing something like this at his age at an elite level.. super special
if I remember correctly even before the Vitaly match Dave said he has a problem in his neck and even numbness going down his arm(s?) and he will rest after that match, yet he kept going. now sure if that is still the issue but clearly he looks like he has been losing strength ever since. In any case Devon looks solid, cant wait for the match with Ermes.
You remember well! He wanted to stop to rest but Ermes's opponent (I think Jerry) injured himself 3 weeks before the match with Ermes. Engin asked Dave to replace Jerry, and Dave accepted instead of resting. I think no one would have accepted a match vs Ermes or vs other top superheavyweights with both no time to rest nor to prepare the match. After that match he continued to accept all the invitations. I'm Devon fan but Dave was not at his top because after the struggle with Vitaly he never took a break.
@@KevinLuWX Thank you, time goes so fast and my memory is deteriong that with all these matches at EvW and KOTT, I didn't notice that he had this break.
@@darthjarjar2742 agree. As much as I love Devon but I gotta be real. He will never beat Levan. Just different class. We just need to see if someone else could.
I love how Devon is trying not to hurt Dave when he is in awkward position with the hand. There was a lot of situations where he could break his arm but he just went slowly.
6:43 I would buy a poster with that picture 😂 It's totally "Drunk celebrity caught driving mugshot". And you can sense the beast (wolverine) in the eyes. Make that poster and send me a copy 😉
The Cerebral Assassin of Arm Wrestling... Dev will lose again I am sure in due time but he is THE GAME! Love him or hate him, that Man is Arm Wrestling .
@@itv5610 That is a weird one i dont think he can be the King of Na but he can beat some Europeans that NA King can not beat. But he is at his limit Genadi was his limit he can not beat Ermes that is just too much power.
Coz Devon has very strong wrist & cup . Despite chafee hitting him he's own wrist was going backwards 😮 even the flop press didn't work when he tried coz the cup was too strong
@@HafizShivji786 yeahh, it's so different from their WAL match where Dave took Devon's wrist so easily and now it's the otherway around.. I would say this's bcuz of the Levan's effect tho that Devon has become this strong
@@wzzz07 agree about Levan & stem cells effect coz back then Devon had multiple elbow surgeries but this version of Devon is extremely strong seems after Levan match he has been working insanely on he's fingers wrist & cupping
Early on in Devons career he struggled hard against Dave. It's insane how much stronger he is now a few years later. He needs to get even stronger though if he wants a chance at a rematch against Levan.
Devon being a good 20-50 lbs heavier than he was in his first couple matches against Dave helps. Also Dave struggling right now because of neck issues helps. If Devon faced the Dave from a year or 2 ago, he wouldve definitely still won but I dont think it wouldve been a shutout.
Devon is the bomb super exciting fighter feathered by entertainment and a great guy with a professional smile on his face from North to South baby in victory.
@@tioswift3676so strange for a grown man to be so sensitive, so easily upset, that he hates a man he never met. You are that guy my friend. It drives you crazy that Devon won, it bothers you to your core. Isn’t that strange?
I was surprised too about Daves lack of power early on. But then again--as much as we like Devon, we have to acknowledge that current Dave is clearly not the same guy from WAL or even his 2022 version who dominated Alex Kurdecha and had wars with Morozov and Laletin.
