FOR THE GRAVY:
- 2 litre water
- 3 ikan kembung (mackerel)
- 2 stalk lemon grass
- 3 assam keping
- 1/2 bunch daun kesum
- 50gm belacan
- 200ml assam juice
BLEND INGREDIENTS:
- 20 dried red chilies (soak in hot water till soft before blend)
- 3 chili padi
- 10 shallots
- 6 garlic
- 3 candlenut
- 5 slice galangal
- 2 slice ginger
- 3cm turmeric
FOR GARNISHING:
- cucumber
- lettuce
- pineapple ( i skip this)
- bunga kelantan
- red chili/ chili padi
- red onion
- prawn paste.
