Ashen: Final Boss Easy way! How to beat Sissna the Spinner of Shadows (Defeat the Elder Dark Sissna) 

This fight was frustrating as hell, ans not in a fun challenging way. My AI companion constantly killed himself before phase 2 even started. Then he would die in seconds during phase 2 almost every time.

I fought it a couple times got aggravated and didn't even bother to finish. I just watched this video and saw the ending..thanks!😁

Dev's be like"oh it's the final boss we need to make her tanky and give her an aoe attack that cannot be dodged"

The mechanics of this fight don’t even make it fun. You literally can’t get close to her in the second phase, no matter if you roll or not to evade you’ll get hit. Beat her throwing spears but that’s no fun lol

Really don't like this boss. I love the Souls bosses, this one just seems too annoying and way too tanky to be fun. It's just mindnumbingly boring trying to not make a mistake and do the same thing over and over for 30 minutes.

I honestly hate this boss. The fact that you basically "have* to spam javelins while abusing the poor map layout is indicative of its terrible design. Especially for a final boss, where you should be able to put the skills you've learned to the test. Weaksauce.

I actually used this method when i fought her the second time. I saw right away that the easiest way would just be to throw spears at her hahaha. i actually came to youtube hoping for an even better way but this is it. such a hard boss! I can't believe you did it using bone spears... mad respect. I had a lot of scoria at the end of the game and had everything upgraded so i invested in shield maiden spears. i also lucked out and got an online companion who knew the dealio and threw spears with me the whole time. i was lucky enough to take her second form down in just a few short minutes. But... i died quite a few times before finally killing her. i even died after using like 70 shield maiden spears on one run. those shits are expensive

This boss id so annoying lol. She once pushed me in the pool and wouldnt let me get out of it pushing me back down with each hit. I had umbral veil so i rezzed and died back in the pool. Ridiculous lol

One of the worst souls like that I ever played. And I played a LOT of souls games.

Okay, this second phase makes everything i did up to this point look like a fucking joke! I've explored all side dungeons, completed all character journeys and searched every fucking skeleton to have the most buffed equipment for this fight. I can't believe I've sunk 30 hours into this game only to get stuck at an impenetrable spider bitch, who's only winning strategy is to run circles around a fucking pool throwing javelins at her! If I want to do such shit, I just play a dedicated shooting game. And this is coming from a guy who used to beat Cuphead and SMT V easily!

what is your talisman and buff layout? were you playing single playing with AI or was that a human companion? Thanks!

This boss is absolute trash. 1st phase is just boring. She dodges way too much. 2nd phase have too much damage on aome attack and the runing attack is stupid as hell. Bad choice for the last boss of the game. Not a good way to finish this great game.

The 1-shot kill even with Gefn's Blessing at 100% is asinine. I beat this game 1.95 times and that's as far as I go. Screw this boss in COS mode. No. Just no. I value my life too much.

I killed her on my second attempt. and I died the first one because I ran out of heals, literally. I killed ukotto in one go, amiren in one go, the hardest boss for me was surprisingly the third guy with two spears. I had to fight him like 4 times before I won.

Why so many people complaining, this boss ain’t even crazy hard, you just gotta learn a few of her moves and ur good. This is maybe a 5 ish min fight

When you're too scared to get close to the boss so you throw shit at him Don't worry i do that too xd

People really mad that the boss is repetitive when they trying to cheese it lol, just dodge and attack when an opening appears and the fight is way more exciting
