My friend made a great ancestry report. Most of my admixture according to this report is לבנטין and Ελληνικά. Results make sense for me since Ashkenazi Jews largely descend from Hellenistic Jews in the Mediterranean Diaspora. 🇮🇱🇬🇷

Joshua, according to you it is possible that many Greek Jews came to Italy during Magna Grecia and left an at least modest genetic contribution in some Italians, mostly from the South, (I don't know if this is true but some legends say that it was the Hellenized Jews who introducing the Etrog in Calabria during Magna Grecia) even before the great influx of Israelites who arrived here in Italy as prisoners of Tito, including many of our fathers, italkim (my ancestors) who went to increase the number of Jews who already existed in Italy (as can also be learned from the New Testament Acts 28:17) and you who then became Ashkenazi (probably italkim who emigrated in the following centuries)?
I’m sorry for all the questions lol 😂but when the refrences for North African says Guanche Canrary Islands does that mean we descend from people from the Canary Islands or is it that that particular genetic is similar to the Berbers in North Africa cause I thought we decended from local Berbers possibly in North Africa like in Libya, Egypt, Trunisia etc. I’m part Azkanazi so I’m curious. I have pre-Trojan samples from Kumtepe, one 4700 calBC (= mostly Italkim, Romaniote and Sephardim Jews + some Italian and Greek) and the other around 3000 calBC (= mostly Turkish Istanbul, Turkish Balkans, Turkish Central Anatolia and Ashkenazi Jews).

@@jasonjoseph8700 Not sure about that. LivingDNA gives really inaccurate results for a lot of people. I wouldn't go by LivingDNA as representative of Ashkenazi ancestry. This report is much better in my view.
@@jasonjoseph8700 I agree with Joshua. My LivingDNA results are quite inaccurate. My SubSaharan African is a little too high. My European is a bit too low with the British being too low and not showing any French nor any Ashkenazi Jewish. They gave me 3 percent Saudi Arabian. They didn't give me any Amerindian even though I have Amerindian segments on both my maternal and paternal chromosomes. I wouldn't recommend My Living DNA to anybody. I think Multiracial people that are highly multiethnic like myself are too hard to analyze Living DNA completely missed my Ashkenazi Jewish. I am around 1/8 Ashkenazi Jewish. My maternal grandmother's mother was an Ashkenazi Jew. I get a lot of relative DNA matches on her side of the family. 23andme gives me 9.3 percent Ashkenazi Jewish, and Ancestry gives me 12 percent European Jewish. FamilyTreeDNA and MyHeritage give me no Jewish whatsoever. My Mitochondrial DNA Haplogroup is J1c14, and my matches are people with Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry including Joshua. My maternal grandmother's father's ancestry was mainly English with German, Scottish, Irish, Swiss, Welsh, Dutch, and Frisian. My African American father was born and raised in New Orleans, and he had some English and French ancestry. His maternal grandmother's father was the son of European American man with an English American father and a mother that was 3/4 Acadian. The vast majority of my paternal European DNA segment matches are on the side of my 3/4 Acadian 4th Great Grandmother. They're especially matches on my European segments on paternal Chromosomes 5, 15, and 20. I have Amerindian segments on both my maternal and paternal chromosomes with largest being on paternal Chromosome 9. My maternal grandfather's maternal grandfather was Puerto Rican. The average Puerto Rican is part Taino.
@@jasonjoseph8700 Sephardic is not Iberian. Sephardic Jews are mostly East Mediterranean/Levantine like Ashkenazi Jews. Yes some calculators will show Iberian but I believe that is general West European ancestry that is a minor component in Ashkenazi Jews. It could easily be French or Northern Italian instead of Iberian.

It's already done for you. Outliers are the populations with "_o". All the samples included in the averages don't have grounds to be considered as being outliers.
@@joshharth3763 I mean _o would indicate that the sample is an extreme outlier. What I'm referencing are the samples that lie significantly distant from the mean/median, and are more spread out from other samples relative to samples closer to the mean/median, thus indicating recent foreign ancestry
