My name is Lesley Fightmaster. I am a yoga teacher trainer. I have taught thousands of classes. I've seen amazing transformations in people just like you.

pretty sweaty class 8.2/10 on the sweat meter. lot of active cooldowns (with added chaturangas) during second half and nice breathing exercise at the end.

Love how it included nadi shodana at the end! :) Love how you're doing inspired ashtanga classes with different lenght (and different pace/difficulty), they're great for days when I want to go slower/stronger or wanting to be done within a certain time frame! Yay!

This was great! I have practiced Ashtanga for 12 years. I am worn out. This was energizing but not so intense. I could feel my body instead of enduring it!

The setting of this flow is so wonderfully autumnal, love it. The flow was also, as always, fantastic. I also enjoy the alternative nostril breathing. Something I was first introduced to by Leslie. She has given me so so much! XXX
