Mine was 100 Euros. Was invited again & didn't want to wear that dress because I didn't like it that much. So I bought a long black dress. Can wear it more that once. My prom was last year & I got invited again this year by a friend. My prom dress was salmon colour & it arrived up till my knees. I wore silver sandels.

Prom is the highlight of high school here in Canada. Girls spend mucho money on hair, makeup nails, shoes , dress and the limo. Everyone lives for prom night and the before and after parties. 🇨🇦☄️

i literally sewed my own prom dress(the first time sewing ANYTHING) for something that equals 5-7 dollars cause i couldn't find the "perfect" dress that wouldn't cost my life. nd 3 years later i'm still very proud of it and glad i did it :') because the time spent on it would be gone anyways but now i have a beautiful outcome in my hands

I went to three Proms at different schools my Senior year. My Mom is a master seamstress, so she made all the dresses, all one of a kind and perfectly fitted. Hella lucky girl!

we had a little prom party at school (bc we were just 13 students in senior year and the school couldn't afford to rent an event room), so all 10 girls in my class just went dressed casual bc it was not a big party. trust me when i tell you that even if i was feeling a little out bc i was all dressed up, being dressed like that really made me feel like princess for one day 😭 p.s: sorry if my english is poor, it's not my native lenguage!

Tbh I have never heard of prom before until I started watching Netflix recently 😂 We don't have prom or any fancy stuff where I am from. We get a graduation party thrown by our teachers and juniors (for both school and college) and it's really wholesome and fun 😌❤

In Texas, prom is more laid back and almost everyone wore cocktail dresses from jc penny and cowboy boots. The top songs played at any Texas prom: 1. Copperhead road 2. I didn't go to prom either. I had fun in a play with my drama class instead. There was still dancing involved, but it was with classical music and actual ballroom dancing (very beginner, though) and with people I actually knew and got along with. No regrets here.

@@charuchhabra9385 i dont know if itactually is a farewell party. I remember that the batch before ours had a prom and after their graduation they had a farewell party. I our country its an 3vent where the juniors and the seniors party together so its like a hand over of duties from the seniors to their juniors and at the same time like a Valentines Party because we usually hold it on February many times near or on February 14.

In our farewells it's nothing like prom we're not allowed to dressup just the school uniform and we're told to just sit on the chairs and EnJoY the performances and then there is food (we pay for it )and then we come back home after some chatting with friends so yeah.... it's not actually . Idk about other states but here in Punjab it's like that ( sometimes we're allowed to dance a lil bit but not much )

I went to prom ten years ago. I spent so little on my dress compared to most people. Only 70 dollars. A pretty wine burgundy color with some bridal jewelry as the jewelry. It wasnt expensive either. And my mom did my hair and makeup bc she’s good at that. We had all my friends over and it was fun. Bc I lived almost right next to the high school and we all gathered there and then went to the venue downtown in my town. It was fun I guess. I only did it bc its once in a life time. Otherwise I would have just been in bed watching anime and eating chips bc I’m rly lazy.

Graduated from HS in 2012, my prom dress was $300, and that was a lot. It has expensive to get a cute prom dress for a plus sized body (aka US size 14) back then. I don't think most people go through the amount of effort that the people in the tiktok videos go through. My wedding dress cost less than my prom dress lmao

He is such a sweetheart!!! I went to prom twice, the first time my dress was like $60 the second time it was like $20. I never went to get my hair done, I did all that stuff at home, myself, with what we already had. The first time I had a date the second time I went with my soul sister. Oh and PSA, I was there for the dancing because even though I'm not a great dancer I like to move to the music 🎶
