Just in case u guys r struggling, nobody needs to change or glow up you are perfect the way you are, if you want to change it should be for you and no one else, you won’t ever be perfect because society criticises you no matter what you do and you can never win, so do it for yourself and not for 2 mins of glory from people who you don’t even know. You all so wonderful in your own way and you should never be told otherwise no one has the right !

Yeah but it will be hard for people who get abused, bullied, and harassed for not looking good to believe in that. I know cause I personally went through bullying from classmates and abuse from my mother for not being attractive according to my country's beauty standards. I do believe that am not as ugly as they try to make me believe, but it's still hard to deal with all the time. Reality is that beauty does matter more for strangers cause if you're pretty, you instantly get the royal treatment and everything goes easier for you from having friends, to dating, to getting jobs...etc you also have the right to have your own type and standards. Meanwhile if you say that you have a type when you yourself aren't considered pretty, everyone will think you're crazy. They think you should accept just anything as punishment for being unattractive. Most people won't bother figuring out how pretty your inside is if your outside looks whack.

Attractive people with good manners get compliments for being nice and humble or excused for being rude just cause they are cute. meanwhile unattractive people would get shit treatment if they have shit manners and even with good manners people will still think it's the least they could do since they are unattractive. You should at least be kind if you're ugly, that's their mindset.

I have been facing body shaming since my pre teen by my own family but after I lose some weight my family again attacked me by saying I don't look good but guess what I never looked good in their eyes 😄 and because of those comments I am scared to change myself becoz I will still be judged .....but god I wanna look pretty .... I feel like you have also had such a big glow up (you also grew up). The one video which I always look back on is the one where you react to Korea boos. It's my all-time favourite ngl. Believe me the best glow up is made through confidence (as Ryan stated) and health. I personally thought that I had glow up by loosing weight and caring about fashion and I felt over the moon I was proud and thought I was « happy and confident ». The reality hit me hard when I became extremely sick. My skin problems, gaining weight back, loss of confidence, depression, hair loss, etc. The Cherry on top is that I am a doctor 👩🏻‍⚕️ myself, no one is safe from anything. Getting healthier and winning the fight against physical and mental health will be my biggest glow up. Everyone who is undergoing such a situation we got this together. 💪🏼 Glow up is about evolving, moving forward no matter in which way or how. 👌🏼 Thank you Ryan for your smart comments and these funny reactions 😆. The fact that a lot of people really just put on some makeup, or have good lighting while taking the pic. Sometimes your brain messes with u but I assure u that a lot of people around u see u the same all the time ahahah. I still think that confidence is the most important thing for glowing up. And also a bit of concealer and curling your lashes can make a huge difference 😬😎
