Old analogy, but it's like the lady who played Baby from the movie Dirty Dancing getting that nose job. Yes, she may look more classicly "beautiful" but people barely know who she is now. Sometimes the thing that some people view as a flaw is what makes you special and memorable. It is often better to be different and stand out than to be standard and blend in. Many super successful people are "weird". Steve knows that well.
