We are blessed with natural resources and intelligent citizens. With better jobs, good education and health care systems, decent and affordable housing, regular flow of utilities at affordable prices, and political stability, citizens of many developing countries will rather stay in their country than travel to work somewhere else. Just my taupence.
As far as I know it's for immigration process purpose but within the community people know their age. But truly sincerely those people are not even thinking about working and retirement, they are relying the government to look after themselves. They say it's :" la dette coloniale"
