And the mental homeless and the webbed hand boys and all the other amazing stories he has it would be such an awesome film. Call it narnia of Manchester
A rather-witty answer on the fly; I would LOVE the chance to sit down with ye olde Sea Merchant...💯 Imagine having a conversation with Stephen AND Karl...😱 (a weezing laugh-track of Ricky will do) 😂😂 ✌️❤🤙
The fact that he was annoyed by that question makes me so happy 😂 All I can hear is Karl's voice saying "now who's the weak link?" I wonder what happened between them to justify such contempt?
@@MeneerHerculePoirot Funny enough, Steve and Karl still keep in touch regularly and have nothing but good things to say about each other. Karl even visited Steve in LA and stayed with him for a holiday. Ricky doesn't seem to keep in contact with either of them anymore as far as I know.
Man, you can tell Steve is SO over talking about Karl. lol Read the room, Steve. You're immensely talented, achingly funny, but the people LOVE Karl Pilkington. They always will. The more I listen to the recordings of those years the more I realize it was Karl who made those shows legendary.
No expense should be spared for this potential blockbuster. Maybe they could work Fred Dibnah into it too and a cameo from David Icke. All my heroes in one 😊
Love to see film moment when Karl and his Magpie that he tamed that kept popping the tyres on his drifter and when he took it to school to show everyone it flew away 🥲
@@Shsjier It was better than his movies and most of Derek but still overused jokes, reused jokes and just paled in comparison to the groundbreaking shows he did with Smerch! The reason Afterlife got so much praise was because of some of its emotional writing, the dumb jokes and the fact Ricky gained a massive new fan base after roasting Hollywood. People who never the office, extras or any of the Karl stuff were giving it praise when really afterlife is absolute garbage compared to those shows.
