That’s what I was thinking. Its a shame the UFC never madd that rematch happen. I understand when they say there’s no rematch after a dominant win. But that wasn’t dominant it was a lucky knee
@@duhund6830 Facts. People who say it wasn't luck are just Masvidal fans who are afraid of seeing a rematch with different outcome and see their boy becomes a journeyman again. I mean, if it wasn't luck, then he could do it again but I believe he can't that's why he won't give askren a rematch. Therefore, it was a lucky knee.
@@kujochurch3133 That's one thing. And the other one is fans can't accept it was a "lucky knee". I'm not a fan of both of them but I do know that knee can't be replicated as often as fans think it could. If we talk about probability, then it has a very small chance of success so I say it was luck it landed the first try.
I love how you brought this up for no reason but sadly Ben says it all the time on the FRL podcast he’s not competing again because of the hip replacement
Never forgot that the friggin ring announcer called him Ben Asskew at his last fight😂 Can you imagine you are a pro mixed martial artist fighter for over a decade, having over 20 pro fights and then they call you ass in your final fight😅😂
This rematch is going to be huge in my opinion because first it's a what if sinario and second it is a real beef not just fake stuff just for the sake of entertainment and we know real shit always sells
Askren's wrestling and grappling is just a bad joke. I believe he wont be able to control Masvidal and we will see his ass ripped apart again one more time
Did Askren find the fountain of youth... or just that retirement secret sauce? We know he has a titanium hip bone. Is the story funnier than the fight would be?
