Hello,
I'm Jason Listman, assistant chair for the department of American Sign Language and Interpreting Education here at NTID.
I'm thrilled to announce that we will be hiring a new person to fill a
non-tenure track/lecturer position on our faculty team.
Our ASLIE program is the largest interpreting program in the country and is situated within 1000 deaf and HOH students and over
100 staff interpreters here at RIT/NTID. Faculty who work here get annual professional development money,
a wide variety of professional opportunities through RIT, and plenty of opportunities to collaborate with the deaf and hearing communities.
We are seeking a motivated team player who has experience teaching and enjoys working with students.
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
Thank you.
