A lot of people seem to leave out the stuff he said after looting the staff, such as saying the people that complain are "nobodies" and he "wipes his ass with them". It wasn't only the ninja looting, but also the comments and the behavior.

News flash, it is a big deal. Those of us playing the game and loving the game aren't hunched over our keyboards 7 days a week like the average streamer and these raids are rare moments in retail for end-game progression. The need to create drama during streams to drive viewership sucks, just like it does for news media.

Biggest mistake Blizzard ever made for WoW was allowing master loot.

People say this is "bad for Method". LOL. That's what they get for getting destroyed by a guy nobody ever heard of in a world first race, AFTER openly falsely accusing him of cheating, which they then pulled back after everyone was raging at them, and then once they realized they'd lose the race, they started playing down the importance of it all, acting as if they didn't invest hundreds of thousands of dollars organizing the event and as if the world 60 didn't matter after all. To put a cherry on the cake, they then invited him to join them in order to get a slice of his "fame" that he had at the time, that he built largely by openly shitting on Method all the time on his streams. He never cared about being in Method, as nobody with half a brain should. Imagine caring about being in a "gaming organization" of a dead game, especially if you're not even a part of the core team and you actually get nothing out of it at all, other than having to do what they tell you on your streams because you're under their contract. Method gained more from Joker than he did from Method. That's why he did this, he was tired of being tied down by Methods rules, while getting nothing in return. His viewcount also dropped since he joined Method because his streams became boring, since he can't do pretty much anything that he did to get popular in the first place. Being a part of Method (or any big organization) is basically turning your twitch channel into a streaming equivalent of youtube... you can't say or do anything that could be considered remotely offensive by anyone.

I was accused of ninja looting on a gold making run. 3 people in the party were in the same guild and they changed the loot rules halfway in to declare that if ANYTHING is worth gold, then EVERYONE needs gold equally, so NO ONE rolls need on ANYTHING. All greed rolls only or it would result in being kicked. Then one of them rolled need on an epic rare crafting pattern and his guildies passed for him. I rolled need because those were the rules and I won. They spent months crying on the server and posting selective screenshots to paint a narrative. I decided to troll them for a bit that night, but they seriously cried about for the entirety of classic vanilla. I even offered to give them the item if they apologized for the drama, but they refused. So I gave it away instead of selling it. The person that I gave it to wanted to see if I was bullshitting, so he took it to them and made them the same offer. They told him to shove it, so he decided that they really did just need the drama more than the item.

Asmon and joker are cut from the same cloth. I'm not sure why people raid with them. They both ninja loot and use the drama they cause for content which in turn makes them money. If you dont like the way they act and the things they do stop raiding with them. If your going to raid with them make sure they are not master loot. If you raid with them and they steal stuff from you its your fault for raiding with them in the first place. Behavior like this undermines the integrity of master loot and the game as a whole. It doesn't matter how big of an upgrade or how relevant an item is. It's the same principal when doing low level dungeons. The whole system relies on trust. As a community we don't have a way to enforce loot rules, so we have to rely on this very trust. You can't just move on and say "who cares?" after this trust has been abused or broken.

Jokerd never intended to join Method to begin with, he only joined it as a meme after he was offered to, but he talked shit about Method all the time before that. One of his main reasons for doing the world first lvl60 was IN ORDER TO BEAT Method and ruin their party, he talked about that so fucking much during leveling. Method only invited him to get a part of the cashgrab because he became big on twitch for a while. Method knew however that Jokerd wont be a part of their core team, he said he has no interest in high level raiding on retail anyway, and being represented by Method as a small streamer literally means shit. He gains nothing by being in method, he's not a part of their core team, he doesn't get payed by the sponsors and actually isn't directly sponsored at all. He won't lose anything by being removed from Method at all. Guys think about it, if he actually had something MEANINGFUL TO LOSE, he wouldn't have done something this stupid just for a freaking staff. He'll probably gain more by this publicity he's getting by basically telling Method to fuck themselves than he would have by staying in Method and having to "behave according to his contract". Being under contract by a big gaming organization and trying to grow your streaming career is the biggest cuck you can imagine. Anything you try to do out of the ordinary will get you punished.
