Tanking is like formula racing... You want to go as hard and as fast as you can without blowing up the car. In this instance, you clipped the wall a bit, did a 360° spin at 90MPH before going airborne, just to stick the landing and transition into a drift. You looked cool while doing it, but the 4 guys behind you are in flames.

The trouble with becoming buff like a tank and soloing raid content, is your gear ain't gonna last as long as your body, since it only loses durability over time unlike the body which gets gains.

@@Edigor100 It's the dots. Almost every single dungeon has STACKING dots that apply to the entire party and with cleanses that have 8 second cooldowns it's impossible to keep everyone alive. If any of these brainless tanks would try healing one of these mythics they'd probably change their pulling habits real fucking quick.

When did World of Warcraft become World of Tanks? McConnell just needs to swap to Protection, DKs go blood, Monks go w.e a tank monk is and a healer. Massive AoE pulls, tanks the entire dungeon aka each tank pulls 1/4 of the map to the middle and stack for 100% win ratio. Healer stays 40 yards back spamming AoE heals only. GG.

As a mistweaver monk i am struggling a tiny bit due to the mobs all have infinately stacking debuffs and groupwide damage attached to them. I usually dont need to heal tanks so i went fistweaving and it made things alot easier, basicly translating the amount of mobs he pulls into extra healing for the party via spinning crane kick. So i think if you want to do insane big pulls a mist healer is the way to go as it scales with the amount of mobs you pull

Spinning crane kick does the same healing on 5 targets that it does on 30 targets due to its square root scaling damage. It will never outheal blackout kick and rising sun kick btw.

This makes me so relieved, I have been healing since the expansion dropped and I feel like I am busting my ass compared to the group and the DPS are just getting wailed on and I'm struggling to keep up and I'm a 10 plus years player so I knew something was wrong

You're not alone, buddy. I've been playing since 2005. KSM every season since BFA as healer. I'm having a tough time keeping everyone alive. Granted the mechanics are brand new and I'm sure people are taking a lot of avoidable damage but there is definitely a lot more unavoidable damage so far.

on my bear i traited the 200k regrowth every 30s talent that i can throw out on anyone to completely top off and remove stress. i think it's been more helpful than not

Warrior for the win 😂😂 I don't trust healers anymore when i want to play a more defensive tank (and in WoW), so now i don't even need a healer in dungeons xD But you do have a point from what I've noticed. The mob pulls in WoW actually hurt your team, unlike FF where you just don't stand in the telegraphs, and only the tank takes damage.

I play V-DH and just got my prot warrior finished to 70. V-DH is just like war in heals but the damage is wild! On both toons there wEre a few times through Uldaman where the DPS and heals died and I would just solo the bosses. Now, I cannot say it continues as we don’t know how they hold up as further scaling comes on. But at least for the leveling and early dungeons DH and War are so good with DH bringing more mobility, smoother rotation….. but I imagine u could mess around with talents to change up damage/healing easily.

@@stuff4812 which is fine because they are on the squishier end and still have to kite when they run out of defensives. Brew also does A LOT of damage, but is incredibly healer dependant and is harder to play. Prot Warrior is unironically on the lower end in damage for tanks because their damage is almost entirely in 1.5 minute cooldowns and their ST is not great outside of execute phase.

I did this on the ohn’ahran plains dungeon leveling a guardian Druid the icy veins and wowhead builds are so good. Solo’d the boss too from 50% to dead XD frenzied regen is busted.

Yup lol on Nokhud the dps didn't use the ballistas so dragon starting eruptiong, they all died I just incarn'ed and spammed maul and frenzied regen and solo'd it. Tanks are busted in PvE and PvP

Yes they feel actually great, they did some great changes and rework, the fact that for once they did some good stuff on bear is amazing. Yes war is god tier, all the others tanks are not that far behind, imo it was never that much balanced between tanks.

@@Catchdown Given equal skill and gear 5 tanks can't clear faster than a 1-1-3 grp. Also this is m0 or HC, so the mobs do literally 0 dmg. If his group was good they would melt these pulls. I will agree with you if he can do this on a +15 next week. Until then stop crying about balance on m0 ffs.

Same. The only limitation was pretty much the mob tethering range. Could literally pull everything that could possibly be reached without mobs starting to reset, and barely take any damage at all.
