Actually the reason they did not take it to the horde was because it was too far to walk. They even discussed it but gave up when they decided it was too far
@@brgvc The bald bearded guy (blizzard dev) was talking about how dragging bosses to cities was fun to watch but terrible to the players and he used as an example the time that Asmongold did that.
1:07 Asmon reminds me of some sort of goblin merchant happy that he sold alot of weapons to one party as he waiting for other party to come for more armor lol
When a player can take a step back to appreciate the grand scheme of what the hell just happened in the game then they can appreciate how awesome a moment like that really is.
" What a day dude. What. A. Fucking. Day. Hey guys, honestly, if I had to do it again, I'll do it 100%. I don't care. You know it, I know, everyone knows it. Impacting the game in such a way was truly amazing. The entire server was flooding with my big dick energy. Good old times. And I hope you keep this energy within you till this day. Never stop going big dick boys. " - AI Asmongold
Those events are great getting killed. Those are some of the most talked about and memorable moments. Nothing is more boring than the hobbiton version of wow where nothing unexpected ever happens.
i happening once in a few years is cool, it happening every day isnt. the right way to do it is to make it "impossible", and then remove that restriction, so it can naturally happen again and get people off guard.
@@marcosdheleno iono, i doubt it would happen every day unless a troll group just did it all the time... but a group of friends who dont want to run ANOTHER dungeon just being like... lets DO IT! yeah that sounds fine on a normal server... not so much on a hardcore one
it was a fking classic thing he did, and it will be remembered for years to come. On that faithful day, new adventures woke up to drink some coffee before heading to Stormwind, little did they know, the most vile and evil player was about to end them.
just from a weird lore perspective, it is strange that the defender of stormwind just sits there while the capital is under attack by a massive dragon....
Two entirely different worlds.. That was a epic gaming moment. No permanent harm. A great laugh, chaos and butthurt people on reddit. Vs All progress lost permanently
Just make another character you baby. "Its the journey not the destination" isn't that what the hardcore assholes are always chanting? Guess they don't really believe it either.
Good, this needed to be fixed. It would have ruined the hardcore experience for a lot of players if some mofo can just kite the elite to players to kill them on purpose and force them to start over, it would feel awful to be on receiving end of that
LOL i remember back when i played perfect world international on lost city we pulled on of the world bosses in a city and it just wrecked everyone. they slapped us with a temp ban but it was worth it
Maybe if Blizzard would stop focusing on “Diversity and Inclusion,” and instead focus gameplay mechanics and story for their games they would be much better off.
1:11 you can just take one look at that shit eating grin and the way he says yeah that he is completely aware of the travesty he has caused and he could not be more proud of himself
What gets me is its all rigged. Blizzard coded the game for you to be able to kite the mob. They knew this could happen. And when a player finally does it, here comes the show "Oh no! What happened! Who coded the game like this!" Uhhh, you did? :p Like how they complain about LFG chat or Trade chat. They can easily do it like FF14, where its limited to certain numericals. But they allow flexiability, get flexability, and try to punish flexability. A rig.
a "Mob Train" is when Developers don't put a short enough "leash" in the Monster's A.I. limits, so Griefers will exploit that by aggravating the Monster and then leading it back to extremely low level areas of the game.
Today's Fact: In 2014, a man named Eric Garner died in New York City after being put in a chokehold by a police officer; years earlier, he had worked with the same officer to break up a fight in the same spot.
