I remember when I was a girl in the 70s. The Avon lady and Tupperware parties. And on Saturday when my mom went to the beauty parlor. One on the beauticians daughter would bring in macrame to sell to the ladies under the dryers. She would give us kids frozen snickers bars to keep us occupied. Thanks for this.❤️

I swear to god Sarai is so underrated. She works so hard and puts so much effort into her work. I hope that soon here, people will stop sleeping on the queen herself. The only way I can think to describe Sarai is magical. She is so warm and kind. She gives off this essence of compassion, like I don’t even know her but she feels like this motherly friend that everyone deserves. Oh god I’m rambling, oops. Avon is an MLM that used to be a good job option for woman that wanted to make extra money for their household. Back then, they even inspired more people to think positively of women in the workplace. They also donated lots of money to helping women in need, especially domestic abuse survivors. Avon is no longer seen as a "good" MLM, for good reason. But for a long time they had a positive impact on women in Western Society( they were/are in Non-Western countries as well, but I don't know much about their impact in those countries).

My mom loved Avon usually at Christmas for stocking stuffers, me and my sister would get roll on perfume,and flavored chapsticks, with body powder. We loved it we felt so grown up, using the products.

My friend’s aunt used to sell Avon in like the early 2000s, not quite exactly the 70s but still extremely nostalgic nonetheless 😁 amazing video as ALWAYS Sarai!

OMG! My mother had that powder box when I was growing up and I just loved it. I thought it was so fancy. LOL. I asked her is she still had it somewhere and she think she lost it when we moved in 2006. I am going to have to track one down.

Thank You, Sarai! I have been missing my Mom, and Avon was really big for us. I was always into her tiny lipstick samples, jars of perfumed creams, and playing with the different shaped decanters when I was a kid, ordering with her later, and I was even a Rep for a few years💝

My Grandma & Mom ordered Avon when I was a child (in the 80s). I had forgotten how pretty the bottles/containers were & watching this I instantly smell their lotions & powders I would sneak into when they weren't looking. Man that stuff was wonderful! Thanks for bringing back these forgotten memories!!💜💗💜💗

I bought translucent powder like that recently from wander beauty at Sephora, the puff is pre filled with powder. It's so good, highly recommend

I love all your videos! I have bad insomnia and have for years. The doctors always try to put me on medication to help me sleep but I don’t like that. This is what’s finally working after 20 years! It’s like a god sent!

I remember my mom used to buy Avon perfumes. I think her favorite one was called Imari. I have fond memories of looking at the catalogue with her and it's part of the reason why I love this role play :)
