Ugh, Jessie. I am so sorry. Breakups are so emotionally and physically draining. I always say to anyone going through a breakup (based on my own experiences, give yourself time to grieve and reflect... Second, take time to reconnect with yourself and loved ones. There is a lot of sorrow in romantic relationships ending, but at some point (when we have moved through much of the grief) we get to be playful, curious, and rediscover ourselves. Whether it be hobbies, habits, new places, routines... all of it. But for now, pls know that I am so very sorry and you are not alone tonight. Snuggle with a pet if you have one, wear your fav pj's, comfort book, movie, music, etc... and hydrate. Take care of you. You are okay. Everything will be okay and I wish I could give a big hug. Cozy comfort being send your way

Oh girl i'm so sorry I know how it feels . Cry whenever you feel like it , but also allow yourself to enjoy being alone . even a simple drive to grab a bite somewhere alone , go out , have fun, enjoy being alone and life always has a way of readjusting itself for the better

I've read a comment a few days ago where a girl said that getting used to not having your romantic partner around anymore feels the same as trying to stop a certain addiction; the withdrawal is painful, but the outcome is worth it. You'll grieve so much, and the way for grief to pass is to accept it and surround yourself with only good people who truly care for and comfort you. Most importantly, keep your self-love protected from any negative thoughts. You are perfectly fine and this will pass just like any past hardship. I'm sorry you're in pain, and I'm positive you will be in a much better place very soon ❤
