I really, really enjoy listening to these videos to relax. sometimes i’ll even cross stitch along with you. thank you for making these wonderful videos!
I don’t know whether it was your explanation of the technical side of the process, or the creativity, but I found this video fascinating. Cross stich clearly takes a lot of patience; however, I can see why you enjoy doing it as it must be a great way of winding down. The sound was spot on and came across well, I found focusing the sound of the tread being pulled through the cotton as I listened to your stories quite relaxing. I can relate the anxiety issue mine I suspect were caused by the uncertainty of the last 12 months, but since March this year I have noticed an improvement in my wellbeing and positivity due, in part to watching ASMR videos regularly. I think you are certainly doing the right thing and taking ‘small steps’ with the opticians first and then the dentist, I’m not a fan of them either…but things will get better. Anyway, a great video, the Thai Green Curry sounds great and enjoy the rest of the week.✨😊
Am arranging a large party for someones retirement and becoming increasingly anxious about it (sleepless nights, minor panic attacks) so your soothing quiet chat is just the thing I need at the moment. Thank you :^) NB, was it one of the big opticians chains (S*** S****s) try a friendly small firm, ah, having listened on, it wasn’t . . .
Oh no try to take it easy! No but I think I'm going to have to go with a chain one instead, today didn't go well, didn't actually get to have my appointment (will talk about it in a video at some point), not having the best luck right now 😅
My idea of a perfect Sunday afternoon would be sitting on a comfy armchair or sofa with bare feet on a woolly rug chatting to you whilst watching you do this incredible cross stitch whilst we both sip tea eat cake and giggle about silly things. I also wouldn't mind chatting to you over coffee as you cross stitch at like 8am before the working day starts - so I feel calm as the day begins. I'm good at map reading yet would be so totally lost trying to follow that diagram - I'm impressed with the eyes of all you cross stitchers :)
Hi Ali. Nice Sounds from Cross Stitch! I Hate Lights in my eyes! I Always feel like passing out. I've had a Brain Tumor 8 years ago, & it made All my Medical Problems WORSE!!! So at Doctor's Office's, & Dentist, I have Loads of ANXIETY! & Always have a hard time! So many people working in fields like that are Very Inconsiderate, & Rude!! They shouldn't have their jobs in my opinion! I've seen Red many times from cause and effect from those people! So I feel ya about your story!.....& Whatever is giving you Anxiety, I Hope it gets Better for you!! 😇💖🙏
Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that 💛 I think a lot of people don't understand the anxiety around it. Thank you for your kind words, I hope you're doing well 😊✨
I am confused as to how you did not get the middle of your fabric centered correctly? Was the arrow on the pattern mismarked and you could not tell by folding the pattern in half, and then in half again to figure out the middle, just as you do on your fabric? What did I miss in what you were saying to becaware of in the pattern(s)? Thanks.
