Hi everyone! In this video I'll be asking you to focus on my instructions and to ignore any peripheral distractions. Triggers include lights, hand movements, positive affirmations, finger snapping and personal attention. It starts off quite fast and chaotic and gets slower towards the end to hopefully help you relax and drift off to sleep. I love these kinds of videos and I've seen lots of great ones recently by lots of amazing ASMRtists!

There was a video YEARS and YEARS ago on RU-vid that was a "guided hypnosis/relaxation" type video. I downloaded it to my mp3 player and this is the closest thing I've gotten to that in forever! Hand movements and focusing on eyes/face/etc. I am going to LOVE this. ❤️

I'm literally watching this for the fifth time, this is one of my favourite ASMR videos and I've seen a lot. Maybe it's because I have ADHD and being constantly reminded to focus and then praised for it just feels really good because of that 🤷‍♀️

As someone with diagnosed adhd this is so helpful. I watch it when I can't think clearly and I'm overwhelmed and honestly it's the best. The little breaks in between and affirmation helps so much when I get distracted. But when you do direct me back It's not harsh or overwhelming It's more like a soft tap on the shoulder or a suggestion. It's comforting and let's me take control of the situation which I love

I usually have a disturbingly bad attention span, with me changing the video I'm watching after just a couple of minutes, but the fact I loved watching almost the entire video (up to the 16 minute mark) until I wondered how long was left, showed how amazing you are at making me feel relaxed and content. Why is this so effective? ASMR relaxes me and helps me sleep. This video and the others Eliza has done are different. I can't listen to them casually to relax, they put me to sleep every time. Loved the video, needless to say. I am just a bit bewildered how easy these put me to sleep.
