So after last video coming back with an old RP.. how about we get back to intense tingles for deep sleep? Tonight’s video is a “follow my instruction” type bit, only it’s more for sleep, hypnosis type. All you have to do really, is sit back, relax, and let’s get you the good nights rest you’ve been asking for.

The little red dot effect was a super cool effect to use in this video! Also never get tired of when ya say “close ya eyeds” and then cover our eyes with the palm of your hand sending us off to a deep slumber! Always get mega tingles from that! 👁️👋💙

Got diagnosed last April with an under-active thyroid and I always feel so tired it's very disheartening and frustrating with every day life and I find it so hard to be active and even though I am constantly tired I find I don't sleep very well so your videos have been a massive help for me to find some comfort ❤ so I understand what you've been going through and I wish you a speedy recovery and I'm thankful for you to continue to help me / others relax even though you aren't the healthiest version of yourself at the moment ❤

I also have an under active thyroid and was talking to a teacher about it who said that it can cause low mood, which I didn’t even realise as I knew it regulated metabolism but didn’t think it would affect mood and emotional hormones too - id advise talking to a dr if you think they might be linked
