hi sleepyhead. this comforting personal attention video includes: tongue clicking, light triggers, focus triggers, a face, ear, and eye exam, heartbeat sounds, face touching, brushing and massage, "sshh, it's okay", comforting affirmations, and tapping. ironic that my camera was having issues with focusing during the focus triggers, sorry about that! the low lighting messes with my camera sometimes and i haven't quite figured it out yet. i fixed it after the beginning bits of the video. thank you for watching, sweet dreams! xo
