Blue is relaxing but blue light from your screen messes w circadian rhythm. Personally I'd do Pink/magenta

Great video thank you! By the way, blue light is like a stimulant for the brain and keeps you awake so probably not the best for ASMR haha 😂 red or yellow are the best for encouraging sleep!
