The only thing that would help me fall asleep when I was little would be my mom playing with my hair. Almost everything night she would come into my bedroom and if I wasn’t asleep she would play with my hair until I fell asleep. So, this was very relaxing and very much needed. My anxiety is getting bad again,so this just relaxed me. 💗

This is kinda outta nowhere but I realized I haven’t been getting tingles so I tried focusing on the sound or what she was saying and it 100% helps with tingles!! If you aren’t getting tingles, I would recommend trying this. 😊 also, great video grace!!! 😀
