Currently packing my house to move within a week, almost 29 weeks pregnant and trying to plan my baby shower which of course ended up falling on moving day... let's just say I needed this.

I am obsessed with your channel . I am so happy I came across your videos randomly one day . I love everything about your videos from your very calm voice to the lighting . A few of my favorite things about your videos are how you usually add in soothing background noises like rain . Also how at the end of your video sessions you give time to drift off to sleep . I love the singing bowls too ! I never knew how calming those sounds of the bowls could be . There are so many nights your videos have calmed me during horrible moments of anxiety & stress. I know you’ve helped so many others get peace of mind & rest as well . Thank you for all you do !

Love the cadence of your speech. One suggestion: perhaps put some thick felt or other fabric on your surfaces to soften the sound of items you are putting down. Sometimes they can be loud and jarring in contrast to your otherwise peaceful cadence.
First time I heard it I was super fazed out after a bad day and I thought it was “Seh-meh-dee” and every time after I’ve been trying to drill it into my head that my first memory was wrong and my audio processing was off. So I feel ya 😆
