This soft spoken ASMR Deep Sleep Hypnosis will help you to find your soulmate and true love while you sleep. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and a trained hypnotherapist so this hypnosis offers a real therapy experience. As it is an ASMR hypnosis it includes ASMR triggers for relaxation and sleep. It concludes with a deep sleep induction and an extended soundscape of mountain ambience and gentle bird song to aid relaxation and stabilise sleep cycles.
Hypnosis is an effective compliment to psychotherapy but the research does not support it as a stand alone treatment. If you have been struggling with a problem for an extended period of time please speak to your doctor about what treatments and support are available.
This ASMR deep sleep hypnosis is soft spoken, I will record a whispered version soon.

Hypnosis in this form is the equivalent of self hypnosis so in order to gain the maximum benefit from it you will need to be motivated to experience a deep trance state and open to the thinking about finding your soulmate in all ways, not just ones you are currently familiar with.

I tried this 2 nights in a row. First, I dreamed about someone who I really felt I wanted to impress. I was wearing a mask, and took it off when we met. Weirdly, he was then complaining about my lips not being the way he expected. For some time, I tried to argue with him but then I just sent him away. The night after, with the same meditation, I dreamed that there was a room full of bird's poo, and a group of young guys (like from different movies) were there and we had to clean this up together. Of course noone was particularly happy about it. Most ofnthe guys kind of... closed up emotionally but I connected with one of them (all I remember is dark hair) and cleaning up with him became actually a pretty fun and rewarding experience.

i did this and that night i had a dream i went to a party and i saw a boy and he kept looking at me and talking about me to my sister and from some of the things he said i think he was from my primaey school :)

I felt as though I was getting a scolding on how love and partnership should be, so I ended up really angry and scowling by the time I started to fall asleep. xD (I've had no partners, and I never sought companionship as a crutch - the closest I had to a partner I was their crutch - so I didn't feel called out. I just wanted to insert the buts and ifs and different ways of looking at it, like I always do when I'm offered a finished truth. ^-^U It also triggered the emotions and memory of being a distraught handicapped and mentally unwell teen who was panicking about growing up, because I can't do everything myself and didn't want to be a bother for the world. And my therapist told me that noone does very well alone, we all give and receive support on different levels from the people who choose, and we choose, to share their lives with us.)

I dreamt of the silhouette of a massive bird, like an eagle in front of the sun. I could look directly at the sun and see this giant impressive black bird. It had fine details, like I could make out feathers, but just not the entire bird. Its not a bird I'm familiar with or seen in my waking life. It looked like a mythical Phoenix, only black against the sun. Longer feathers with some even longer in the wings and tail. I could see it gliding/ flying towards me after "posing" in front of the sun and I was in awe of his beauty and the sun's size. The sun was bigger than normal, about the size of a 50 cent piece held at an arms distance and the bird was in the very center, very "crisp" or sharp against it. I could look directly at it and I was alone outside looking up at it, but felt like no one else would be able to see what I could see. I didn't even feel a need to share the experience with anyone else. I just stared in awe, wanting to know more, see more, to hold it or touch it. This was something that I felt privileged to be able to see and wanted this experience for myself, so selfish. When I see rainbows in the sky or anything else, I immediately want to share the experience with a loved one. I didn't have to shield my eyes in any way once I saw the bird in the sun. That's all I remember right before I woke up. My interpretations? My Phoenix is going through some transformations right now and we aren't ready. I still have work to do on myself before I can fly up to meet my Phoenix. The sun being much bigger than normal indicates to me as a believer of tarot: good fortune, happiness, joy and the blossoming of a new relationship. I need to concentrate on mypersonal growth more so I can "grow my wings and fly". Beautiful. I received clarity. Thank you. 😊 I'm also open to anyone else's interpretations if anyone reads this comment.
