ShaunTheCHB It helped me a lot to read stories from different people too. I hope you stay strong. It's not an easy path but it's not a death sentence. If you keep fighting you'l learn how to tame it better and better as time goes on. Depression hit me hard about 4-5 years ago, and in those 5 years it's been a rollercoaster. Luckily i've been much better for the past year and a half. There are still days where it hits, or tougher weeks as other things might be going less than swell in your life, but it CAN get better. It's like playing against a tough final boss on a video game. He's always hard to go up against but the more you face him, the better you are at it. Sometimes I get the same feeling I first started to experience and in a matter of 1-3 days I can get around it and I'l be good as new. Don't be afraid to tell people who genuinely love you and care for you, about it. They can learn how to respect your space when needed, just don't forget to ask for help or let them help you when you need it as well. Educate them if necessary, they will appreciate being an active part of your battle. Be that parents, sibling, friends, or even yourself. Take advantage of it and look at it as an opportunity to improve everything else around you. Make an effort to do something you'd have enjoyed before or can still enjoy, cook good food, run and take a shower. I know these are some blanket statements, and Hell, you might know all of this already! But I still hope you, and anyone else who reads it, find some comfort in it, because they can all be made true. Good luck on your journey and i hope that, in the twisted way depression can look and act, it makes you stronger and more resilient. Cheers from a random stranger on the most western tip of europe.

Because substances are very unpredictable in how they can make you feel and think, it can still be hard to follow a set of rules while taking them. Maybe you should find a friend who can be your “substance buddy” who will willingly hang out with you while they’re sober and while you’re on a substance. That can really help because they can take you to the hospital or help you if you have a really bad trip.

Richelle C yes I know. I've had many many challenging trips that I've gone through with just meditation. It's easy to follow a set of rules as I have a lot of self discipline and instead of listening to the thoughts I watch them and dont feed into them. Meditation is an amazing tool.

I've moved school multiple times because of bullying but in my school now with 400 people ( not including teachers/ staff) and there is a lot of bullies.... but so far I've been getting through it by looking at them, laughing in their faces and ignoring what they say. emily I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how it feels; my cat was put down last summer. It was really hard for me, I'd lived my whole life with her, but it got better and I'm content now knowing that she's in a better place, and the memories that were made with her are never truly gone.

Car at first she whispers normally sometimes in the video and then it's also unintelligible whispering sometimes, she does both. But further ahead like in the middle of the video there's a lot of unintelligible :)

I would prefer if there would be like three versions of this video, although it might be some effort: this version, fully unintelligible and whispered without unintelligible.
