Yes couldn’t have honestly been said better assassins creed 2 and 3 are my favorites but 2 was better because it was the beginning to the most badass gaming hero alive ( agree or disagree ) Ezio Auditore da Firenze is inspirational and is a legend
Dhruvo DZ brotherhood was good but 2 was better imo ...... ac 2 was good because it showed you how much Ezio changed from a fuck boy to a badass ... brotherhood you go from badass to badass with not even an army but a group of other good fighters ... 2 you go from having a sword and you’re Fists to having a whole armory ... and 2 had a way better opening , 2 gave you more perspective to him before all hell breaks loose .. what his normal life is like and for Ezio his life was sex, gang fights ,and helping around , and then we see as a newer more scarred side to him unravels when his father and brothers are imprisoned and then a vengeful side when they die ... Ezio slowly becomes more and more focused on other people than revenge witch shapes him to become more caring and gives him more light on the side of him that loves people and treats them like family ... because he lost his family he strives to try his best to protect others giving him more badassery Which evolves into him realizing that going through hell for vengeance isn’t all worth it in the end and that vengeance consumes people as we know from his speech near the end of 2.... brotherhood was good but not as much evolution and care as 2
@@swapnilparadiya494 in the new games, u don't even play as the assassins. You play as some random dude who somehow is in acquaintance with the Assassins.
It's a good life we lead brother The best, may it never change And may it never change us And then Ezio and Federico look at Assassin's creed odyssey ...
I think even when you play this game for the first time you knew that the 💩was going to hit fan, that something bad was going to happen. Uberto got what he deserved.
I appreciate you making the song persist throughout the fade to black. Having the song finish as you made it really makes this the best AC2 opening on youtube.
the Heero I haven’t been on this channel in a while. Thank you so much for the support, I’m glad I was able to cement this moment on RU-vid as one of gaming histories best.
How it started: "It's a good life we lead brother. - The best.. may it never change.. - and may it never change us" How it ended: "No books no wisdom, just you fratello mio. Requiescat in pace Altair" So sad 😔
I think the beauty of it is you see Ezio mature as an individual throughout all 3 games. He’s not the same person he was in AC2 that he is in Revelations
I will never forgot watching my older brother play this masterpiece when I was younger. This moment in particular is just something that stays with you...a bond only two brothers could understand.
Did the same thing with my older brother. We were a little late to the AC franchise and bought all the games a few months prior to ACIII. When we got to the 2nd one we were BEYOND hype to get started. This opening made us know we were in for something special.
My big brother was killed a year before this game came out and this scene in particular always stuck with me then I felt a rage like no other when ezios brothers and father was murdered, just a 13 year old kid getting my frustrations out lol we use to play all games together passing the controller back and forth last one we played together might have been the warriors, man he would have loved this trilogy
@@Jamie-nr7vy I’m sorry to hear that man... I know that’s a cliché statement. But I couldn’t find the words if I had lost my big bro at that age. I love how well the ezio games can touch on things like grief and build a connection with the players. God bless.
@@BurningBushProductions there are no words bro all we can do is remember them and speak about them if we don’t then they die twice, cherish your brother it’s a bond like no other.
"It is a good life we lead brother" "The best, may it never change" "And may it never change us" *camera pans right* Ubisoft presents Assassin's Creed 2 *wipes tear*
Epic gameplay? Seriously? Its the most boring shit I have ever played. Finish two regions and you saw it all. The rest of the game is repeating the same shit over again. Not to mention horrible grinding and sponge enemies. Not AC game and the worst single player RPG ever made.
@@sefin84 Black Flag and Rogue had copy paste areas that were mostly glorified checklists. Black Flag was only fun when the game wasn't forcing you back on land for another tailing mission. Both have a great story though, and I've never played Odyssy, but this isn't new for this series.
@@gagahusbandI'm not a fan of Revelations, but I still thought it had a little soul. You could kinda tell the spark was dying, but still gave us a decent story. It was downhill after that, though.
This title intro reminds me of my best friend! He went with me to buy this amazing game! We played a couple of missions until we get to this intro. We were very happy, about the purchase! I miss you brother! I hope we can meet again in the afterlife! Bless!
If only federico lived along with giovanni and mario, I can only imagine how strong the brotherhood would be. However ezio pulled it off alone, and created a new brand of assassins. We were there with ezio, his family would've been so proud.
This used to be the game my brother who was around my age used to play as kids. He's not here with us anymore. Whenever I miss him this scene always pops straight into my mind. Never thought a game like this would actually play out in a somewhat similar way to my actual life. Greatest intro to a game ever.
Requiescat in pace amore mio 🥹 I going to protect my brother till the end I am not crying right honest but feel that pain why because is my little brother and I kill do what ever for him 🦅 Something else I hope I wrote it right about amore mío I am latin so words are similar but not same so 🙂 that’s one brother down 😔
Exactly this scene lead me to my 10 years of computer gaming I will never regret taking my life as a gamer. Nothing will change my mind about this decision not even my death.
0:40 literally the chills and the moment i knew I wanted to play the rest of all the Assassins Creed games after this one. I was like 13 years old. #Valhalla
I get depression everytime i come back to this video. Why? cause Ubisoft killed the AC franchise. This 1:05 minute video has more heart and soul than the last few AC games.
They may include super gfx, super rpg elements, godly weapons and powers. Nothing can match the feeling we got when we played those True Assassin's Creed Games. It felt like a whole different genre.
“May it never change” “And may it never change us” Ahh... those iconic lines spoken at the exact moment the eagle flies across foreshadowing the change to come... 💯💯 legendary storytelling
My brother got me AC2 for Christmas when I was younger and it was more than just a game was the best memories for the rest of my life. Ezio and Ezio family theme mean so much to me and helped me in ways I don’t know how to say.
Everything about this scene, is just perfect. The atmosphere, the build up, the characters themselves, the dialogue, the time of day, the lighting, camera angles... are just on points. Man I wish I could forget everything about this game, to experience this moment again
I remember playing this game for the first time when I was about 10, and it was the first time a games story and soundtrack really reached my soul, 9 years later I see this and I still feel the same way when I hear it
I'm not going to lie after Assassin's Creed I got pissed that we couldn't be Altair anymore. So I didn't bother playing Assassin's Creed 2, I was 16 at the time and clearly stupid. I saw my twin brother play some of Assassin's Creed 2 and he told me I need to play this game it's amazing and better than the 1st one. So I gave it a shot and this scene honestly sold me on the game I've played every Assassin's Creed since then and none will be more iconic than this moment to me.
The music and their words just let you know you are about to experience a whirlwind of emotions, in an epic saga of growth for this character and maybe yourself.
It's a good life we lead, brother (We are assassins creed gamers and proud that we know this franchise.THE GOLDEN GAMERS) The best(can't imagine a life without assassins creed) May it never change(sadly 😢some lazy developers made the modern ac games piece of thrash and ended it) And may it never change us(But the game changed us and we learned many things from it Knowledge from Altair Passion, skills, courage, revenge from ezio Love for family, control on emotions, decent personality, loyalty from Connor Epicness and powered mindset from Edward)
one of strongest moments in my 30+ years of gaming... perfect music, nice intro. Goosebumps. Whole AC2 is the best AC for me to date. Miss Ezio Auditore Da Firenze
Why is it that this game immediately has me hooked from this point to the very end but other AC titles take hours before I even become invested? As such, I want to do something rare and say this: "Thank you Ubisoft and the team behind this game for making this possible and for giving me an experience that I will never forget. I have my reservations over how you're doing things now, but this you did right. And so, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this."
I just wanna experience this scene like the first time i have seen this. I want to erase my memory and just feel the feels again. They really made this intro one of the best out there. One moment you are beating up gangsters, climb up a building, have a wonderful time looking at the two of them, and then, boom .. the music, man, the music. It is a master piece.
It is a Good life we lead brother The best, may it never change May it never change us Ubisoft present Assassins creed 2 Thats where my childhood started
I got fucking chills when her voice soared. Never had I been so invested and affected by a game. I’m glad I started out with this game and the others following. It shaped my expectations of all games after.
Boy, if only I could turn back time and see, that trailer, for the first time ! I remember going afk for 2 days to finish the whole game... It was amazing !
If they had dropped the Animus bullshit the Ezio story would be even more legendary then it is. He's a Florentine noble fuckboi that has a natural olympic level and fighting nature. His family is killed. The rage makes him become the greatest assassin that ever lived. The fuckboi finds purpose and becomes a legend.
So much time has passed and we are gathering here to celebrate our Brotherhood ... If my dad had not shown me these games, I would never have met Assassin's Creed ... The first game in this series that I played was Black Flag because my dad showed me her and now our passion is games, especially those about Assassins ... So if you think that your dad is cool because he is, for example, a policeman, I must worry you because mine belongs to the Assassin Brotherhood
There are so many reasons why this opening is so iconic, but on paper, it's so simple. Goes to show how the right music, cinematography and build-up can lead to something so brilliant.
