There are 12 sequences in total sequence 1, 2 and 3 you play as Connors father. Sequence 4 you play as Connor as a kid, sequence 5 you play as teenage Connor. Finally sequences 6-12 is all about grownup assassin Connor

the reason for the ps3 exclusive missions is a contract between ubisoft and sony because the AC3 series is in fact developed for xbox and for ps3 merely a port that´s the reason ubisoft promised sony to make missons exclusive for their system :)

Assassin's Creed was originally going to be a PS3 exclusive, since Ubisoft decided to release it on Xbox as well they made a partnership with Sony saying that PS3 users get more content/free content. Like the BETAs for ACB and ACR, Copernicus Conspiracy for ACB and these missions for ACIII. Sony also got AC:Bloodlines and ACIII: Liberation for the PlayStation handhelds, Sony is just getting what is rightfully theirs.

The code is on the back of the ps3 manual. To start the dlc you have to get to sequence 9 in New York.

No need to Caps lock. Arnold was instructed by General Washington to construct a fleet to defeat the british on lake champlain near some island. Arnold got there while losing the battle to the british it bought the Army enough time to fortify Fort Ticonderoga. which if taken by Britain would've allowed troops to begin storming down the colonies. So Traitor yes, but Savior as well. You can't hate on a man that saved the Revolution.

you get call of duty map packs a month early. PS3 owners get betas early, missions and maps exclusive to their console early, and more. And ps3 exclusives get way higher ratings critically than xbox exclusives. I'm struggling to see your point.

i agree. ive been playing xbox360 and ps3 for so long and i just built a PC. its like i just played video games for the first time, pc is amazing.

If you bought the copy of the game in a store their will be a code somewhere back of the manual. if you bought the copy from the PlayStation store you'll have to buy the DLC which would cost about £4.00.

Let it go. We get so much extra content. They deserve this.

I totally agree with you being a PlayStation owner. I am getting it on PC as well and will miss out on it so I think its dumb if it were a side mission I wouldn't care but missing out on a chunk of the story just fucks with loyal customers and fans.

Finally? Have you already forgotten about Splinter Cell: Conviction, you got an entire game

This saddens me that such an awesome looking mission has to be exclusive to one platform. I myself am getting it for PC, and it is a damn shame that neither PC nor Xbox will be able to enjoy this.

Just recently bought a PS3 so this extra exclusive content & the one disc blu-ray makes it a no brainer as to what version I'm buying.

A gaming PC and PS3 rules everything. I don't need a XBox just to play Halo 4. I love how halo is shaping up, but seriously it was the only game the Microsoft can depend on most part.

as a xbox owner i hate it that i can't play this, i hope that ubisoft will make a dlc for every console even tough they said it's ps3 exclusive

well if Ubisoft see money in the selling of this on a different console then they will do it and it is also that alot of game makers say dlc's are exclusive and then still create it for different platforms

because the PS3 is Ubisofts system of choice. have u never noticed that when they demo a game before it comes out, they usually demo it for the PS3.

actually with most big release games xbox is the stuff with exclusives. PS3 doesnt need all the extra stuff to be good either. I own both consoles, and in reality theyre 90% similair

These are business men, Sony pays for exclusive rights. The developers have no influence on these matters.

This is unacceptable. This is like releasing Harry Potter 6 and 7, except in order to hear any of the story centered around Severus Snape you have to buy from Barnes and Noble. It's fucking ridiculous and shouldn't be legal.

Again, no it's not. It has it's own main character, it has it's own setting, it has its own story separate from Assassin's Creed 3. Also, the ancestor in this game isn't even related to Desmond.

NO actually it's the exact same amount of story and play time on PS3, only difference is Blu-Ray can hold more memory and you don't need to change the disc. UH-DUH!

the muskets could only shoot after being manually reloaded hence they can only use it every ,say, 20seconds or so....
