I agree, she lived for over 1000 years with 4 pieces of Eden. She can just blow the whole bloody place up. The 4 pieces are the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, the Spear of Leonidas, the Sword of Deimos and the Sword of Kings. She might also get more pieces of Eden in the Fate of Atlantis DLC.

Sorry for being 2 years late but, it was mentioned that the Templars laid siege to it when the Assassin's were being hunted down, this would probably be around the mid 1750's as this is when Shay was most active in hunting down Assassins and the Davenport Manor would have vanished some time after 1804 and around this time, Connor would have probably rebuilt all of the Assassins and it's likely that these Assassins destroyed the manor to remove all info that Templars could get out of if they tried to lay siege on it again

@@brandon_Larsen Odyssey is the first AC game I've played where I actually don't want to play it after doing all side quests/side activities. Same with Origins, although at least Origins had the boss fights. If Ubisoft doesnt stray away from this rpg bullshit, I'm not gonna pay full price for them anymore

I'm an Assassin's Creed fan, and the last good one was Black Flag.

I still consider Unity as the last proper AC title. I dont care what people say about the story or Arno. He was decent character and gameplay was simply amazing after patches. Origins had a good story for my taste, but I hate that leveling system. I had to play it on new game plus to enjoy it fully. And Odyssey... lets just pretend it does not exist. :D

Achilles wasnt self righteous, he didnt hide anything from connor, Your a point of view is that of shays, But achilles didnt know that the artifacts would cause massive disasters, he stood true for the assassins, and through his wisdom he mentored connor whom destroyed all the templars plans in the region for a while, Achilles stood for freedom while templars sought control dont you ever forget that.

@@majedzowk5337 yes but in the goal of Freedom they abandoned some of the tenets or changed it to their purpose, remember that in New York they had gangs, testing flumes and chemicals that are lethal, also refusing to listen to Shay which is the only witness to the Earthquake in Portugal

@@majedzowk5337 Achilles couldn't care less about freedom in his early days (and possibly his whole life) as evident with the gangs and heinous acts the other Assassin's commited, he cared about everything being under his control or nobody's, he was vengeful and controlling to the end without care of how he reached his goals. Achilles is like Al Mualim in this way, He had his disciples unquestioningly eliminate his rivals until they could solidify control and force his brand of "freedom" upon the people, but the difference between Al Mualim and Achilles us that Al Mualim only had his power momentarily and knew when he was beaten, while Achilles had much control for nearly a decade and after he lost everything he still tried to eliminate The Templars out of spiteful revenge. So yes Achilles was a self righteous manipulator at the core and quite wrong headed until his very last days when he came to the realisation that Connor could continue his vengeful quest of destroying the Templars. And as for Achilles keeping secrets from Connor; Either Connor was incredibly naive or Achilles kept knowledge from him with the excuse that there were largely no records left because "The Templars destroyed them" supposedly. Now I think it's a combination of the two, that Connor is quite naive and that Achilles preyed upon this.

This is pretty interesting actually, would also tie Cudgel Cormac with the Kenway saga people nicely. But I think we can all agree that ubisoft give no fucks about the manor or the last descendants books or anything in lore for that matter anymore so we can only imagine i guess

Illogical for Shay to wait twenty years to attack Connor. Shay was told about Connor in 1776. Shay was at his prime back then. Besides. Shay has no motivation to even go after him. All he truly cared about was maintaining the natural order of the land

@@Sinodev In the assassin's creed games you always have certain targets that take a very long time to eliminate. Connor took forever to kill Lee despite persuing him for many years. A smart person going after Connor would weaken his order by going after other Assassins one by one before attacking the main stronghold. You are not only making a big assumtion about Shay's motivations, but you are also assuming that he doesn't change at all over such a massive length of time even if his only goal was to prevent earthquakes. He is a Templar. He knows about thier plans and sides with them anyway. They sadly don't delve into how templars justify thier ideas, but the issue of using mind control and being tyrannical definitely was something talked about offscreen. Shay said in game that he was convinced the Templars were right to the end. He didn't say that he had some reluctant alliance with them, he drank the kool aid 100%. The only reason he wouldn't show up to defend Haytham and Lee is because he had other orders. Haytham probably told him to stay away, and Lee severley underestimated Connor as a threat until it was too late to get Shay all the way back from Europe in time to save him. He could have simply been ordered to do other things until they decided to send him later on, or been busy eliminating other targets as he worked his way to Connor. I don't see how you actually believe a guy who sides with tyrants who want to put the entire human race under mind control is just concerned with protecting the land. It's very unfortunate that Ubisoft played it so safe with Rogue, but there a ton of timeskips in it and a lot of inevitable parts of his arc not shown. In 1776 he was talking about Templars starting a violent Revolution as if it was a good thing. That is not what someone so concerned with innocent life would say(how many innocent people die in a revolution hmmmm idk quite a few). He's a villian, and there are many reasons why he would go after Connor.

Also maybe Ubisoft thought that one of the best parts of AC3 was a glitch and they patched it out, legit theory I swear
