I realize this video is a couple years old now, but I'm waiting for my Class 4 to arrive, and was glad this was available for me to watch. Great video, on a much-needed topic. Thanks.

Just put mine together by myself and could not have done it without your video. Thank you very much! Your one of the great things about RU-vid content.

Completely doable to assemble one person. 57F out of shape, can’t lift a whole lot anymore but a little bit at a time I picked up my NP4 body to a couple of temp elevations with some boards until I could easily set it on a table then the pedestal. All by myself.

Looks like you put the hand/pulley wheel on backwards. Thank you for doing this video. It makes it very clear what to expect in terms of how the machine arrives.

Great video! Thank you for showing the assembly of the Cobra sewing machine. I am thinking about purchasing a Class 4, but I was very concerned about how to get the machine inside the garage from the pallet and how to put it together. After watching the video, I am confident that between myself and my husband we will be able to do it. Thank you!

First, great video. You appear to have, like me, some farm boy common sense. I believe this is the first “unboxing” RU-vid video I have seen that was done the “right” way. I see want too many folks not making a little bit of time to figure something out: they try to lift a heavy object out of a box where the object is nearly always protected with a Styrofoam shell that is very difficult to pull out of a box. That is just nuts! The first think I do is open the top box flaps to see what is on top, commonly the user manual, small parts, etc., so I can remove these items. Then I peruse the manual to get a feel what is “inside” the Styrofoam. Commonly one can lift the top or one piece of the Styrofoam off the heavy object and get a feel for its orientation. If it appears the heavy object is “supposed” to be / have a top and bottom, then I can decide the “better” way to get it out of the box. If the box insists “This Side Up” then I close up the top flaps and turn the box upside down. I then cut the tape securing the bottom of the box and re-flip the box so bottom flaps are open which allows me to easily lift off the cardboard container and its Styrofoam; this causes the heavy object to be right side up. In your case (and another heavy object I unboxed a few days ago), the heavy object was setting on its side inside the shipping container. So I then turned the box on one side and slide the object out thru the open box flaps, causing the object to be right side up. If the heavy object is on its side or it does not matter which end is up, I flip the boxed object upside down, as was done in the video - and my back is a lot happier (but not my chiropractor).

Thanks for the video Aaron, just curious about how much would you say the machine head weighs on its own? I got my C4 machine already assembled and now have to move it to a second floor up about 15 stairs and dont know if tying it to a hand truck dolly and going up step by step is the best idea. thanks again!
