This is a genius mod, and it takes about 30 to 60 seconds per car (which also shows how clean and lean it is made). I totally love it ❤️🍀 PS: I deleted the clutch section in the lua file, which let me shift without problems now.
Clutch could need „” signs adjustments depends on inverted pedals or not. Version 2.1 is better for cars with steering wheel shifters and 2.2 probably for H gearboxes. Actually don’t have to much time to work on it but maybe when finish my other project will back to it again.
hey i wanna use the mod but is there anyway that it works across any car? or would i have to manually swap all the files for ever car i want to use this on?
Few days ago Peter share app which work globally. I don’t have time to try it so don’t know how it works but for sure looks more promising. This what I provided required install and adjust for each car separately. Here you can check Peter work: www.patreon.com/posts/100470755?
@@Clay_Regazzoni I try to add hotfix of it today. Ian fix it by removing part responsible for this issue and sent me corrected code. It was probably part which move gear to N in some conditions.
First of all I want to compliment you on your work and thank you for sharing it. I wanted to ask you something: this latest version 2.2 is really immersive but I don't understand why, when I'm on the track and the car's engine drops below 950 rmp, even though I hear the sound of the engine turning off, it actually stays on, in fact if I accelerate, even with high gears, the car starts to move and I restart regularly. Is it my problem (I forgot something in the settings) or is the app made like this. I'm currently using the SP in version 0.2.5 prewiew1.
@@Fvandelli I need to tweak this mod a bit, because it has some issues with H shifters. I thought I fixed it but not fully. But regarding to your case.. 950rpms is a value 50 higher than Porsche 911 gt3-r 2016 idle. You have to adjust this value to your car idle. If it’s 1000 try for example 1050. I hope I’m back to this mod next week 🙌
@@MR.EVERLOST I did as you suggested but nothing changed: my car has an idle speed of 2000 rpm, I set the value to 2050 both in "script.lua" and in "sound.lua", but with the wheels stationary and the gear engaged the car moves and restarts anyway. I also tried with higher and lower values (200 rpm) without success. It's as if AC does not read the strings of this command. All other settings work perfectly.
Hi bro! Is it ok when I do a short video with the mod? Of course I will link and credit everything to you. But still think it's appropriate to ask first.
Hi there mate. I would like to ask. I mostly play with old cars and in reality they dont have ignition. Is there anyway to only have a start button without having to use ignition?
Just use fake ignition version from provided files. Than you can start the car without ignition sound but if you want play this ignition sound you can - that’s why it’s „fake” 😅
@@SagnolTheGangster I will check it later - probably next week. I tested all versions before upload so this is interesting 🧐 It happened with v2 fake ignition only?
