Nice video man! I actually wish I got this mobo in retrospect... if all you want to do is gaming with 1 or 2 nvme drives this is a beast with 2 ram dims.

Thanks yeah, if this was my only pc I would have gone with the X670E Hero full ATX. The capabilities of this board is insane though.

I think you can have 1 NVME onboard + 2 on expansion card that comes with it.

Great video! Noob question, but how did you get to your pre-upgrade windows installation without doing a fresh install? I've got a new mobo on the way and from what I've seen online, I'll be forced to do a new windows install which I'm not looking forward to.

He utilized his previously installed M.2 ssd's, which already had Windows installed on one of them. The data doesn't erase simply by pulling them out of the system.

hi, what do you call the gpu adapter? Can this case plus mobo hold the 4090 directly to the pcie slot? or it needs to be situated like in the video to accomodate it? Thanks

I'm using the cooler master gpu v3 mount. See the my review of it here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gC5NS8jTfeU.html. You don't need this for this motherboard, you can slot your gpu directly into the motherboard.

@@WiLcreatives Did U experiment any thermal throttling on the drive due to the fact that the graphic card blows on top of it? I have a gen5 ssd for the system and I'm afraid to use the slot on the motherboard because due to the design of the board my graphic card will sit on top of it...

Can someone tell me how to install the ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E fan controller? I have the short cord that plugs into the controller and the end has a plug in for the powersupply. But no cable extention to the power supply. Then there's a usb connection. The manual isn't any help.

Sata power off the psu and use the fan header on the motherboard

@@lethalno1 The power connector to the controller isn't SATA, It's like a straight 6 pin in the controller then a 6 pin plug that actually fits a graphics card PCI-E plug. The other connection on the fan controller is a micro usb, I have another cable that has a micro usb on one end and a usb 2 connector oh the other. The manual has only illustrations but no text about it.

@WiLcreatives Hello, thank you for the reply. I have the Lian Li O11D EVO. The way manufacterers pump out eATX mobos this gen really limit a lot of possible options.
