melinda please do an update ASAP! My hair grows back literally the same day that I shaved. I also have strawberry legs and it gets worst after shaving because my skin gets so irritated and I tend to scratch my skin a lot making it even worst.

Yess!! Let us know if it helped with strawberry legs! I struggle with this as well and it’s so annoying! I’ve tried exfoliating, waxing, creams everythinggg 😩

I’m about to post my 5 week update but I feel like I won’t know if it helps with kp until I’m finished with the full 12 weeks because I’m still shaving before each treatment which is causing irritation. But once I’m done with the 12 weeks I shouldn’t be shaving as often and should know if this could be a solution. So definitely stay tuned! Hopefully this can help us! I know frustrating it is 🖤

My device stopped working after only 2 months of use, and after contacting customer service I'm being told I need to send it back to Taiwan (Which I'd gladly do) but shipping costs back and forth will be on me. These costs come to a total equal to the cost of a new device! Very unfortunate!

This is a $20-30 device sourced from chinese manufacturers. please don’t waste your money.

Stephani Lozano I’m going through the same issue. They didn’t mention this on their website, they basically hid this from their customers. I’m just incredibly upset at this company that I want a refund, but they say they only do replacements and make you pay shipping from and to New Zealand. However, if you paid through sezzle, you can reach out to them and file a claim against Kenzzi. It’s so sad how awful their customer service is and how they hide all of this from you. There are far better IPL devices out there!

kb k yes. I actually try to wait until I’m going to do a treatment and then shave right before it or the day before that way my hair is as short as possible. ☺️The instructions also say to shave first

@Beatriz Banuelos After the first treatment, I have already noticed results. The hair on my face does not feel as coarse as it did before 😊!! And by the way idk why but my facial hair grows like a dang chia pet. I’ve also noticed it took two days to grow back instead of one. I don’t want to rave about it yet, until the 12 weeks are up but I did want to let you know I see a small difference 🙂

I don’t see hair falling out but it’s supposed to slow the hair growth and maybe even kill the follicle. I’m not sure exactly what’s happening with the hair but my hair is growing back slower

How did you go? How are the results going for you?

@@TheNidhiswami I used it 2x a week when I first got it on the highest setting. I’m not using it as often now cuz I live in FL and spend a lot of time outdoors and you’re supposed to avoid the sun if you use this device due to the risk of burns. But it’s worked well on my legs for the time I did use it. Hair took a while to grow back (it used to just grow back overnight I swear) and it’s a lot thinner now. The underarm area seems to be very difficult to treat and I haven’t noticed a difference there at all. Maybe that area just takes longer. Arm hair is thinner and I already had professional laser on the bikini area before discovering Kenzzi so nothing to report on that lol it takes forever to use this. Especially if you’re using it all over. It gives off a weird smell and the area around the “laser light” has darkened. I probably wouldn’t repurchase Kenzzi if something happens to it. I heard that Braun has a good IPL device which I would rather get.

Maritza Marie I don’t think they can claim that it’s permanent. Even when I got laser hair removal at the salon they told me technically nothing will permanently remove it. But it significantly reduces hair growth and the thickness of the hair. I’ve seen people that have finished their treatments with this and dont grow any hair for several weeks at a time and then maybe have 1 or 2 hairs grow in . So it seems to be pretty close to permanent but kenzzi recommends you continue monthly spot treatments to maintain your results. I’m hoping this can replace shaving for me. So I can do this once a month (at the end of my treatments) instead of shaving every other day ☺️

If your in the UK it’s law that you get charged a customs fee that has nothing to do with the company that’s has something to do with the country it’s self so it’s outside of there control

And they’re literally not returnable

I know this is an Australian based company, but they have their website sectioned of by country, not just by language. I was on the U.S. based section so I should have been sent an appropriate plug. I am looking on amazon and adapters appear to be about $20. IDK if this is going to affect the money back guarantee as my package was delayed in arriving here and now I have to wait for an adapter to even use the device. My advice is just to order some other IPL device on Amazon Prime so you can return it for FREE if something is wrong with it. Kenzzi has a money back guarantee but you have to pay for shipping and Kenzzi's customer service is frustrating.

Hi I just received my kenzzi and I live in Canada and I had to pay $50.00 in duty. I haven't used it yet. Their customer service is not the greatest either. I hope mine doesn't malfunction like some of the reviews I read.
