I love your exercises, Lisa! I’ve tried many many different videos for osteoporosis and yours by far as the best! I’m in healthcare professional and I do have osteoporosis so I’m so jazzed to do your workouts every other day. It’s helping me with my daily activities, including my Climging that I do at the gym. I love using my Kettlebells and compound movements. This was a great way to start the day in the Pacific Northwest (Portland area). At my last checkup my doctor recommended working out barefoot. It didn't feel quite right so I bought some barefoot shoes. I loved them so much I bought another pair to wear all the time and then my hiking shoes felt very tight so I bought some Altra trail shoes and love them. The issue I was having with my toe is pretty much corrected itself. Thank you again for a great workout.

Loved this workout in Indiana, PA😊. Thanks for talking about foot shaped shoes. I developed a bunion related neuroma this winter and am looking for new shoes as soon as my orthotics come in. Now I have 2 more brands to try.
