Another round of HIIT style training. This time the wall is our prop! It was a challenge but you can always modify as needed. I love the idea of you guys being able to repeat these and get familiar with the drills so you can push harder and get stronger! Let me know how it goes!
1 BURPEES

3 BRIDGE UPS 2-1
4 WALL SQUAT JUMP

Yet another Awesome workout on your channel! ... I struggled with the wall commandos (not sure why - but was just an odd movement I was not accustomed to doing = and there in lies the best part of these workouts ... .new challenges!) ...

I did part 2 today morning, the commando wasn't as easy as I thought. I'll keep working on it and will greatly improve my core strength. Thanks dear 😊❤️ 🇰🇪
