I enjoy creating drills that are yoga-inspired, body weight drills or using pieces of equipment like fit balls, kettlebells, weights etc.

I plan on doing this long term. It’s been almost 7 months and I’ve never felt better. I’m doing it pescatarian and with plenty of low carb vegetables so I do not see it being harmful.
