AT Thru Hike Day 127: Vernon, NJ to the Warwick Drive-in

Today was Hawkeye’s first day back on trail in almost a week so we planned a very short, 5.5 mile day. Unfortunately, it started with a climb out of Vernon called “Stairway to Heaven.” It was tough, but the views were spectacular.

We’re heading that way. Hope to be I. great Barrington by Sunday if this north eastern heat wave subsides. We’ve only been able to get 8-11 miles per day in the last couple of days.

It was my first drive-in experience. some cars got there by 6:30, more than 2 1/2 hrs before the movies started.

Hey guys ur doin great If Gavin is lookin for a different brace I used the Ultra Ankle brace after i tore 3 ligaments from my ankle I’ve not rolled since Happy hiking fellas The Lost Sloth🥾🔥💪🥳✌️
