AT Thru Hike Day 131: Planned Zero Day in Fort Montgomery 

We had planned to take a day off near Fort Montgomery, NY to rest and resupply before making our way to Connecticut. We stayed in nearby Central Valley and were able to find good food and get a ride to Walmart. Not too much to see here, so enjoy these highlights from West Virginia and Maryland.
