@@mulondokalemera7531 because all of Sudanese people that I know who live in the states came straight from Kenya. 101% more easier to make that transition. Up to this date I’ve never met a sudanese person that came straight from Sudan. Also, there’s a lot of Sudanese people in Kenya because there was a big war in 2008ish that forced many to migrate from Sudan to Kenya. Last time I checked, there’s a lot on tension in Sudan and the country is a mess. My guess is her extended family most likely lives in Kenya, but Athing has been in states for her whole life it seems.

@@BrayoFitnessTrainer 2016 Olympic champion Shaunae Miller-Uibo has a best time of 48.37 seconds and has already run 49.08 seconds this year so Mu might have to run faster than high 48 secs.
@@wilhelmw3455 yes she has, she ran that in 2019 Doha Word Championships (48.37)...she ran 49.44 at Rio finals just edging out Felix (49.51). Unless someone goes off, 49 mid has won it last two Olympics. 49.44 (Rio) and 49.56 (London). These athletes have to go thru Prelims as well so you don’t typically see someone smash their PR in the final with the exceptions of Wayde. My prediction still stands, 49 low to 48 high will win Gold.
